Buy a rx-7 from american dealership, tune it to have about 350-400hp. I would recomend 350 because it's easier to control. make sure it has nos and tires to fit the hp. put everything that won't affect hp. on lv. 5(or as high as you can afford) then race han a looooooooot of times. trust me, that strategy got me OVER $1,000,000! or, use han's car. if he's nto there race the one that will give you the most $$$ of the ones up there. trust me, it works. han because you won't have to restart the race a thousand times and will give you a loooooooot of money. from what I can remember, he gives you $26,000. oh, and drift racing gets you more $$$ than grip.

You know, the honda dealership is unlocked from the start. if I wanted to, i'd go there like 100 times a day. just look on your map and it's on the same highway as the toyota dealership.
Honda dealership isn't available in the Euro version of the game.. It's only in the UK version.
Get a fast 4wd car and tune it up da most you can.I wud put supercharger or turbo on first incase you dont av enuf money to do them when you get to it.
Install as much performace as you can and at the start of the race use you nos to get ahead of him and then push him against the wall .if you keep up with him then you will both slow down.just do that until hes stoped and just nos it as far away as you can

I used a mr2 to beat it was pretty fast . I would recommend not use ff cars at all there pretty slow in the game not matter how you tune it. its best if you use fr,mr,awd cars.

Once you unlocked the Dodge Viper SRT 10 coupe upgrade as much as you can then you will have no problem beating him it worked for me on my game

It could be something wrong with the console like a virus or wet or dusty. get some compressed air. it helped my ps2 up to a certain point(i havent seen it lately in the target in valdosta, georgia) so, it should be able to help your ps2.disk might have got wet or it might have a virus like midnight club 3 dub edition remix. that game is why i got some comressed air-so that i wouldn't have wasted my money paying for a useless disk my ps2 wouldn't even read. about multiplayer, i never tried it before completing the game, sooooo...

I got some more compressed air(it's called dust-off) it's at wal-mart. it's over in the electronics.(yes, I typed A2 and A3)
If you know where the dvd players are in the target in valdosta, it's down that same isle:) but i'd recommend it from wal-mart.:P ps. keep in mind that you have to have both controllers pluged in your ps2 when you go to multiplayer. I have typed A2.

Well I would buy the shelby gt 500 and I would NOT worry about looks! just put the highest level every thing except for the engine (dont buy a new engine) then when your done with that do the looks of the car.
p.s. the mustang and all the old cars work just fine just give time for the parts to settele in

So, A2, you mean to say that the mustang fastback's top speed will go higher over time after i've tuned it?
The chevelle is a good car but the handling could be better.

To unlock the shelby you have to beat one of the rollup races and it will unlock it
Buy a Supra.make sure it has between 500 hp and 550 hp.drift your best.put stg.5 drift tires.leave the clutch and differential stock.

Are you serious the doughnuts r the easiest thing to do! you have to be in an FR car then drive forward then grip the e-brake an over steer in any disired direction when your about to spin out slam on the gas and keep the analog on the same disired direction and u'll do a doughnut keep thying if it doesnt work the first time.

I have got a Mazda RX-7 from US dealership and I beat him with that car and tuned everything to level 4-5 and put drift tires and put VeilSide bodykit.
Mitsubhisi Evolution MR IX, all tune upgrade level max. good handling, very easy.

I cant remember its name but its a nissian silvia. go to the nissain dealer and click purchase cars then when it loades the first car some sorta silvia buy it then fully upgrade it if you cant beat dk strait up then cheat. like this make sure dk is in front of you then try the best you can at the drifting make sure you dont pass him then when he passes the finish line you should be far behind him, when you get to the long strait away on the beach stop where the arrowers r . in that spot is a really wide road then start doing doughnuts and the points will go up fast. dont worry about the game counting down your points cause the game will add the points faster than it subtracs them. note: but dont let your points hit zero cause you might automatily lose, idk if it goes that or not but i've never been dumb enough figure it out. good luck!

Brian o' Connor can be found at the rainbow bridge hotspot. Just defeat enough crews until the hotspot is unlocked. He is part of team furious. Beware, Brian is wicked fast on this game.

The evo is the best grip car
The best grip car is the subaru impreza with level 5 gri tyres and level 5 of every thing else
I bought a brand new impreza did it up fully and it sucked
I used the EVO concept and it rocked big time

Anything with lvl 4 tires, lvl 5 are just slicks and suck in actual grip races, if you use lvl 4 tires you can even use ff cars for grip
The evo's good... ...very good-best car in game! i can actually control it! the impreza i cannot, not much anyway!
