Eagles nest
It is NOT secret! If it was it would not be marked on the map.
Its not secret but its called eagles nest it's just very high in the hills
It is rioja 04 and it is called Egals Nest
Its eagle nest and you can get it from liberation or a mission and there is a helikopter

Go to safe houses where there are helipads and it should be there otherwise unlock eagles nest which is roja 4 or gorilla 4
Ummm............You have to go to the rojas safe house 4 which is up on a mountain!
Use the left analog stick to turn around and do spins if close to your destination then jump out. If you arnt close then jump out or you will be killed.also dont shoot back or it will get worse.
Do Barrel-roles I just do that and then blast the pants off the guys trying to shoot me
You must have the rpg or guns with kind like roket launcher you must shoot that jets
Just fly above the clouds or over 200 feet into the air and the missiles will automaticly destroy because they dont have alot of fuel!
Most safehouses don't have a helipad, but the lighthouse one does and so the Jackson skreemer is there.

You must go onto normal map and go on legend. Take off all exept for settlement. I cant remember colour of it but if the icon isnt: purple,green or yellow then you must go there. If it says side mission then you have all ready completed the liberation.
Do a couple of side missions and get to like 5th rank or more then you can do pretty much all of them.. i'm at the 3rd last rank and I have nearly all of them liberated....
To unlock all liberation you need to complete the game

Go into the water so it is the depth were you can swim in it. then try.
On one of the levels you should appear at a safe house by a lake/sea there will be the boat also should be on the heavy drop list
Go in to the water and the call in heavy drop
You have to go into the water and keep swimming until you can dive. Then you should be able to get the speed boat (it works in free roaming as well)

The best way you can get it is search all military bases you can find
You can use a helecopter to blow this up or you can use the agency jeep
Before you get to the nuclear place try to get the helicopter that buzzes around when you destroy all the other places. then all you have is shoot at the nuclear thing and fly to the island plus, the chopper is right beside u afterthe mission!

Use your grapple at the place were you have to blow 3 things up grapple the heli shootin and get above it and get in
Jump off the mountain towards the island you dont need to fly all the way a cut scene interups your flight
Locate the direction of the cliff before you put the explosives. Once you have done that, jump into that direction and the next scene will be the one showing the explosion and how the guy in the RV gets wet with his coffee (I don´t remember his name, but is the one that doesn´t do anything in the whole game other than tanning) . Good luck, this is one of the most difficult missions of the game!
I came to the last place in an mv. I kept the remote detonation bomb...and ran to my mv.. before entering I detonated the bomb and the immediately entered it an drove ( mostly off road) I was getting close....but my vehicle was damaged and it was about to explode...so I used stunt position and parachuted out... ^_^
Near the stairs there should be a bike like the agency 1.... use that then ride off the edge and when your about half way down deploy your parachute then glide away to safety:hope this helps
Answer nine where you use the bike is the best way to get down plus its pretty cool.

Go into a city with a gyrocopter and you may see someone with a sniper on the edge of the building. You must fly close or you will miss them. land it then get out and soot the guy. Then pick up the sniper. (it is a c weapon (two handed))
Go to the first city on the island area that y start at... get the gyrocopter and hover really low so you van see on the rooftops and you'll find flashs.. the 2 snipers on the roofs are lance foil and this barret 50 cal something that you can only use the aim....

No sorry. you may find codes on the internet but they dont work. anyway if you r stuck on the missions then keep on trying them and eventualy you will win. I completed it quite easily. you can too.
Probably the Garrett Paladin cos its fast and it has guns, but I think theres also some ultra-rare superfast car with a white trim underneath.

You have to follow the instructions and type in the buttons what it ses. And if it ses during game play you type the buttons during game play if not type it where it ses and if it ses hold 2 buttons together like L2 and R2 and then type in the buttons... HOPE I HELPED

Complete the mission when you need to blow up the train with the helicopter and kill the wee guy in the gyro-copter the get it
You get the gyrocopter by blowing up nearly all of the train, because up front, there's a person riding the gyrocopter. After blowing up the train, you've got to follow the gyrocopter, and set your helicopter turret to missiles, it kills him much easier. Beware though, there will be other helicopters chasing after you.

Every were, there are verious ones. For the best helicopters in the game (Most powerful(2 diffrent rockets and a automatic gun), but not fast) go to La Perla Millatary base, and for the jet you get in the last agancy level La Perdidia base, it is off a side road going off the roadcomeing into the main base bit, near the gate.

There are various millatary bases but my favroute ones are the base furthest north and the furthest west one, there is also a nice one neer the middle of the map.

Go to one of the military bases, and there should be a jet. I haven't tried it yet, but I've seen it on one of the previews of Just Cause.

As soon as the mission starts grapple hook on the car and get in it and just drive straight of the hill and jump out

If you want to get past Franco Alifano's mission, you've got to get to the airport, of course, and get to the plane. Then you fly just past his limousine, and you jump from the plane, and press R3 or the left/right directional button, to get your grappling hook out. Then you get as close as you can to the limousine, and whatever you do, DON'T ever press the "jump to vehicle" stunt straight away, because you'll land on the MV behind it. So it takes time to land on it.
