Well you obtain final form when you have obtained 50 or more forms.it took me 75 forms to get it.so I suggest that you just use your forms anytime possible and it will randomly appear and then you can use it freely

As soon as you can move, immediately roll left/right to dodge his first attack. It is tempting, but dont attack him and roll around the area (stayin close to the wall) until you undo your dice form. THen, continue to run around and land as many long distance majic attacks as you can. Continue this until you get lucky. P.S. your time loss is more like your damage loss. The more you get hit, the more time you lose. Vice-Versa 4 Luxord.
Q:Im a Level 69, And im waiting to get "The Last Chance" to fight Sephiroth, but now im wondering: Is it an ability? Or is it a lucky chanse you get sometimes?
Also, when I go back to twilight town, and talk to the fat guy in the Sandlot, he says im not experienced enough to fight Seifer...yet. When am I going to be able to fight him?

The only way to fight Sephiroth is to be level 99 or a glitch.(thats how I fight Sephiroth). If you want to fight Seifer, defeat Hayner 10 times, then you have to fight Setzer, defeat him 10 times. Then you will be able to fight Seifer.
P.S.
You will get last chance in a higher level.

U do not go there! Wait you can only fight him after a third keyhole is added to Hollow Bastian. Then you go to the place where you went before the 1000 heartless challenge. And the recommended lvl for Sephiroth is between 70-99!

The first guy lieing I beat him on level 70 but if you try really hard you could problably beat him with berserk charge with the keyblade fatel crest thats how I beat him.

Q:Why do only the green gauges work? I am playing the musical challenge with Ariel singing "Part of Your World". When I play, I hit all of the gauges on time, but it only registers the ones that show up in green. Is there some way to get past this or should I just give up on Atlantica?
