How to get past black rider?

A1:

First,get in the porch at no.3 bagshot row and wait for the rider to go past.When it's past but you can see it still only sneak and then peg it to the archway that leads to the river edge.Then chuck a stone about 3 meters past Sandyman's mill and the rider(on the bridge to bywater) should go to it and stay there and then run and jump over the wall.Your stealth meter will go yellow but not red if you keep running and then you'll go to bywater.Oh and once you've killed the wolf chuck a stone at the bell And then lobelia's lights will come on.

How do you ring the bell for that lady to talk to the sherref?

Go under the bell and aim up at the bell and press circle to throw a rock at it
