What is te best equipment in lufia ruins of lore from the ancient cave?

In Lufia and the ruins of Lore when I go to ancient cave and in the place where the boss is Dryzan I attack and instead of attack Eldin uses leech and Vampire is written in the top after the fight I die and when Eldin exits the ancient cave some kind of ghost pulls me in the ancient cave again when the ghost is pulling me the soldier gets surprised and an red sign appears over his head and then Torma Rami Bau and Rubius tells some things and then I get stuck how did this happen?
Please anybody can you help me . I need to beat dark guardian he does 44-45 damage and heals himself with 360 hp got any ideas how to beat that creep?
I' m stuck at the tower of guidance! T_T how can I pass through the part where there are 3 pillars, a chest,(the floor is narrow in the middle and if you step at the ones with no floor you will fall down). I tried pushing the pillars and use Torma's rope but I just can't move on through....this is the 2nd time on the tower of guidance(when you've got all 4 shards and stones)...?
