You have to obtain a Pokemon with FLY, do the Gambler thing, and after that, find a Ditto IN GRASS and make it Transform into a Pokemon w/ a Special stat of 21. DO NOT DO THIS IN THE UNKOWN DUNGEON! You'll have to DIG out if you do that, which will freeze your game. I tryed that once. Or maybe it was 'cuz I did it with Articuno to see what it would do... if you try it, let me know how it works out!

It depends what version. in red version you can get arcanine, a fire powerhouse however in blue, you can't catch him so in blue charizard would be your best bet. otherwise, choose bulbasaur because he evolves faster at level 32.

Charmander is for experinced trainers and has the best attack of the three.
Bulbasaur should be for beginners because it grows the fastest and has the best speed of the three
Squirtle is the the intermediate trainers because it grows like charmander but has the best defense of the three.
