A1: Pikachu dose not evole by level you need to give pikachu a thunder stone to evole to find one go to the mark at celadon city on the 4 floor

A2: It depends what version. in red version you can get arcanine, a fire powerhouse however in blue, you can't catch him so in blue charizard would be your best bet. otherwise, choose bulbasaur because he evolves faster at level 32.

Q: My game just froze while in glitch city...it won't start again, do I have to turn it off? and also when I was swimming around getting to glitch city, where there's usually level 5 tentacools, I found a level 30 one. is this coincidence or did I do something to make it happen?

A2: No you need to start a new game then when you reach giltch city just try it again if it dosn't work that time do not go there it's as simple as that

A3: You can also find a L40 Tentacool-it will know Water Gun,Screech,Barrior, and Wrap-you can find it by SURFing in the north of Cinnabar or use SURF in Glitch City- total coinkidink-you probaly SURFed outside the island border.
