You have to give the gold teeth to the warden in fuchsia city and he will give you HM strength thats how
At the safari zone you would find some gold teeth. you go to the house on the right side of the pokemon center.there will be a man who you can not understand and will take the gold teeth and I think you know what happens next.

In blue version you can only get hm01-hm05.

Hm02 fly - talk to the girl near cycling road
Hm03 surf - get to the secret room in safari zone

You have to obtain a Pokemon with FLY, do the Gambler thing, and after that, find a Ditto IN GRASS and make it Transform into a Pokemon w/ a Special stat of 21. DO NOT DO THIS IN THE UNKOWN DUNGEON! Pikachu dose not evole by level you need to give pikachu a thunder stone to evole to find one go to the mark at celadon city on the 4 floor

I can't remember what level it was, but my Pikachu evolved through levelling up. This was also in Blue. Never used any stones yet.

It depends what version. in red version you can get arcanine, a fire powerhouse however in blue, you can't catch him so in blue charizard would be your best bet. otherwise, choose bulbasaur because he evolves faster at level 32.
I'd say Charizard or Blastoise.
Charmander is for experinced trainers and has the best attack of the three.
Bulbasaur should be for beginners because it grows the fastest and has the best speed of the three
Squirtle is the the intermediate trainers because it grows like charmander but has the best defense of the three.

If you still have the master ball then use the missingo trick. the trick is to talk to the old man that shows how to catch pokemon, then fly to cinnibar island and surf up and down the shore line next to the gym. the trick would work better by puting an item with a number on it and it is in the sixth item slot and to move items press select -Answer by:zero56
First you go to vidaren city talk to old man and say no then fly to cinabar ( you need a master ball in 6th slot) and surf up the coast neer the gym until you find misingno or m' (it's a weird virus thing)and run from it then youl have 100 masterballs

What you do is you vs. your rival then your pokemon are now hall of famers if you want to take the easy way out restart your game{if you want to take the hard way out go to cerulean city cave [solve cave]then there you will be able to see a mewtwo[it will say you r vsing mew but it is a mewtwo]then you will have your 150th pokemon on your pokedex[if you see a mew it is a glich] have fun beating the blue version

No you need to start a new game then when you reach giltch city just try it again if it dosn't work that time do not go there it's as simple as that
You can also find a L40 Tentacool-it will know Water Gun,Screech,Barrior, and Wrap-you can find it by SURFing in the north of Cinnabar or use SURF in Glitch City- total coinkidink-you probaly SURFed outside the island border.

Last time I checked there wasn't a One Island in Pokemon Blue version. Please read next time if you don't remember what game you are talking about. Anyone who said Moltres is in Victory Road was correct. Anyone who said One Island is talking about Pokemon Leaf Green and Fire Red.
