Q:How do I find the legendary dogs if has already been a while since they ran off?

Walk around in tall grass anywhere(legendary dogs are not found in the Kanto region). Once you find a legendary dog you can try to weaken it ,but make sure you don't knock it out(every time you battle a legendary dog you get to attack once before it flees from battle , but the damage you inflict will remain for future encounters). Once you battle a legendary dog its ever-changing location will appear on your Pokedex. Then you can locate where the legendary dogs are in Johto.

5. breed a pickachu to get pichu- thunderstone

First go to lavender town then go to the huge tower next talk to the man in a room he will give you a card. go to the radio on your pokegear and you will get the flute.
You go from New Bark town East (Right), and then fly when you are in the water to Indigo Plateau, and then go on the left enterance into the area before Silver Cave, and then you will see the enterance Northwest of the Pokemon Center.

The reason why you teleport back is because the floor is like an invisible floor. there is only a few places you can walk. I dont know exactly how to get past it though.

Walk 1 step to battle the first guy then walk right untill u can walk straight up to the next person when u get to the last person walk straight up and battle the gym leader.
