A2: Go to your home town where your mom and professor elm is and then on the east side of the town there will be water. surf the water until you get to land. there will be a man on the shore saying "do you know what you just did? you just took your first steps in kanto!" or something like that. then there will be a cave right there. you need to have HM07 (waterfall) do go up a waterfall in the cave. I guess you can figure it out the rest (:

A3: First of all, you need to go to the power plant to find out a theif was there. then go to the gym to find the theif. (i suggest getting the item in the middle, where the square water zone is) then go to bills to find him again, defeat him, and then misty will be near bills house with her boyfreind.
