How exactly do you get kakashi... on the character screen he doesn't appear and yes I have compleated the game with naruto and saske... and does it have to be on the same file?

You get to select the sound options on the menu and if you beat the game with both naruto and sasuke with 100 symbols you get to play as kakashi
