A1: You have to beat it on same file and if it doesnt work beat it on night time as well

Q: What happens when you colect all 100 leaf symales in Narruto ninja counsal?

A1: You get to select the sound options on the menu and if you beat the game with both naruto and sasuke with 100 symbols you get to play as kakashi
