Defeat the game first
You have to get about 3 As
Unlock able: Rock Lee Beat the game, save your game, and turn off your unit. Then, turn the unit back on, select continue at the main menu, then select completed. Rock Lee should then be available.

There is only one character to unlock and that is Rock Lee and you unlock him by beating the game once.
You get rock lee by beating the game once and save and then click continue and your file will say complete. Click it and keep pressing the L button until you find him.
Can you tell me how this works people on other sites are talking about turning a "unit" on and off please tell me how to do the right thing

When your fighting Neji with Naruto first use Summoning Jutsu then block for a little while then when he backs up just a little bit use Naruto Uzamaki Barrage he should be almost beat after that use Summoning Jutsu again and it should kill him if not use it again or just keep punching him.
Get to the end and beat orochimaru and he will say the buildings falling and then u will have to run out.

Make it to the finish of the first round then beat orochimaru by using sasukes sharingan and chidori then  defeat the 2 sound ninjas by using sakuras jutsu.The keys are up+up+B together then on the next one you will have to run quickly by pressing left or right twice because you will have a time limit so good luck.O ya I almost forgot 5 star please.                          ^_^.

Its easy jus get to his head and keep jumping up and hit the yellow thing over and over again
