You get rock lee by beating the game once and save and then click continue and your file will say complete. Click it and keep pressing the L button until you find him.
Easy! I did that half asleep! when you fight the guy with the hair on his back you should press down A then you will vanish behind him and thenyou can hit him with combos

When your fighting Neji with Naruto first use Summoning Jutsu then block for a little while then when he backs up just a little bit use Naruto Uzamaki Barrage he should be almost beat after that use Summoning Jutsu again and it should kill him if not use it again or just keep punching him.
