Hey mate to get celibi u must catch all pokemon then u can go out prof elms lab u will find it wild on lvl 60

You can't get a selebi on silver but if you really want one that bad then get a GBA (Game Boy Advance) and a Leaf Green Pokemon Game and then go towards the end of the game and you will get a 'chance' to get selebi and if you catch him ( i would use a master ball cause you only get 1 chance at catching him) link up to you silver game from another game boy and put him on you silver but after all that work it is not really worth it because he is not really that good...

To Get celebi you have to catch the three ledgendy dogs and trade them for Zapdos, Articuno and Moltras and then you go to kurt how by the ilex forest and a little girl will give you a gs ball go to the pokemon shrine in the ilex forest and there will be a hole and the gs ball will if and celebi L5 will be in there. Note: the hole wont be noticed until you have the gs ball.

On other websites, after catching all the unown, in the cave, hit start, go to your bag where you have a radio card from the radio show, then go left or right between 15 to the last number and should be called "?"
In the cave walk around for a while then a pokemon appears. I think it is Pokemon #251, The last Pokemon in the Pokedex.
Just use your brains and you'll clear out the path. Note you will need a pokemon with the move strenght to push the boulders and then just fall through the holes.
