Hey mate to get celibi u must catch all pokemon then u can go out prof elms lab u will find it wild on lvl 60

You can't get a selebi on silver but if you really want one that bad then get a GBA (Game Boy Advance) and a Leaf Green Pokemon Game and then go towards the end of the game and you will get a 'chance' to get selebi and if you catch him ( i would use a master ball cause you only get 1 chance at catching him) link up to you silver game from another game boy and put him on you silver but after all that work it is not really worth it because he is not really that good...

To Get celebi you have to catch the three ledgendy dogs and trade them for Zapdos, Articuno and Moltras and then you go to kurt how by the ilex forest and a little girl will give you a gs ball go to the pokemon shrine in the ilex forest and there will be a hole and the gs ball will if and celebi L5 will be in there. Note: the hole wont be noticed until you have the gs ball.

ALRIGHT! SERIOUSLY! This question is easily answered... there are only FOUR ways of getting Celebi... Get it from one of the later games... Use a GAMESHARK... GEt it from a friend... Or get it from the pokemon Silver/Gold Convention... OH WAIT! That is already past! OTHER THAN THOSE... There is NO other way... Get the expn card at the kanto radio station and walk up to snorlax and go to your radio and play the pokemon flute station

To get snorlax out of the way you have to go to lavander town radio tower and talk to a guy that looks like a pokemaniac.
Then go to snorlax and put the radio on and there will be a station with a flaute playing.
Let the music on and talk to snorlax.
He will wake up and attack you

If you want snorlax out of the way. fix the problm at the powerplant then go to a the radio tower. a man ill give you a card that lets hear music on the radio. use the pokeflute to wake it up. catch it or destroy it you decide.

U have to go to the hydro plant and help them the goto the radio station and talk to the guy standing by the stairs, he will give u a radio card upgrade then go and use the poke flute from the radio on the pokegear and he will wake up and attack.(this is the only chance to catch a snorlax so get a masterball and copy it!!)

You have to do the power plant thing and once you beat that you have to go to Fushia city talk to everyone there and a man will give you a upgrade it will have the pokey flute on it you go to snorlax and turn that on he will wake up and battle you then you catch him or he disapers

You get the flute music from lavander town from one of the guys in the radio station and then go back to snorlax make sure your playing pokemon flute and press a by him and you will battle him catch him as he is the only one you will find in the game. -Answer by:sharpy
