I'm not sure about fly but if get to the end of the safari zone in the secret house you get surf
Fly use cut near the star of the cicling road and surf in safari zone
Use cut on the bush near the building when you enter cycling road.There will be this house go in it and talk to the guy he should give you fly
You need cut you cut a treeinatown I for get you go troh the tower and go in the house and talk to the person and she will give you fly
Fly is left of celedon city before you rreach the cycling road

Safari zone is in fushia city, just go in the building at the back of the city amd pay 500, and to get across teh water you need to push boulders into teh holes in the ground using STRENGTH to stop the current that prevents you from surfing

You go to the safari zone and where you get to the secret house don't walk across walk strait down and there is a pokeball get the golden teeth and go to the wardens house give him golden teeth he gives you strenth. done
First you to Safari Zone to find gold teeth, then go to the house by the Pokemon center. So go in the house give the gold teeth to the man and he will give you strength.

There is only one way, you go to your house than save your game. go to the front door of (gary's) house than use fly or teleport. go to fuchsia city. you will land by the poke center. then you surf tocinnabar island (but you have to pass the cave were articuno is located.) once you get to cinnabar island you fly tocerulean city. you save the game two steps in front of the poke center. once saved you walk up the bridge and surf down to unknown dungeon. when your in the cave take one step foward and use a pokemon that knows dig. the pokemon will send you to the poke center of cerulean city. now you fly down to pallet town and enter (gery's) house. when you enter (gery's) sister will come towrds you (if) you did everything right. she willl talk to you and when she is finish go outside and head south. there is water and use a pokemon that knows surf and surf down and you will sell an entrence that will lead you from pallet town alll the way to viridian city. "there are lots of pokemon from level 75 and up" it's a long trip but it's worth it.

You get water,soda,or lemonaide in Curleen or cleoaden city mansion's top floor.
In the big mart in cleadon city go to the top floor of the mart and buy any drink from the vending machines
You can only do that with 1 person in the game

It only works on trainers that appear on the screen and you are walking (hope that makes sense) as in they appear out of nowhere and battle you ... you have to walk forward and as the character is moving press start ... it works on as many of those trainers as you can find.

You can't have battled the youngster past nugget bridge or the gambler between lavender and saffron.from celadon,go through the underground passage.when you step out,don't take another step.save your game! until you catch mew you won't be able to!.step forward and quickly press start.if it's done correctly,the menu should pop up before the gambler sees you.fly to cerulean.your start key won't function.cross nugget bridge and battle the youngster.he has to walk up to you!if he doesn't,your game could whack out!after you've battled him,your start key should work again.fly to lavender and walk towards saffron.your start menu will pop up somewhere along the route.just hit b and mew will appear.you only see mew once so make those pokeballs count! -Answer by:Pokemaniac700
Go to the top of the nugget bridge in cerulean. take a left so you're by the grass but not in it. save your game at this point if you haven't for a long time. press the down button and quickly press start so that the man doesn't challenge you. fly/teleport back to cerulean. now your pause/start screen doesn't work. walk up the nugget bridge and this time go right to the bushes place. go all the way up and go left until after two trainers. in the gap between where you can go up or down, go up. then pass by the trainer, and he will want to fight you. beat his Lv. 17 Slowpoke, and your pause/start screen will work. fly/teleport back to cerulean and make sure you have either a master ball or a pokemon that has a sleep attack. make sure you have a lot of ultra balls if you don't have a master ball. go back up to the nugget bridge and your pause/start screen will pop up. press b and a Lv. 7 Mew will appear.
P.S.--do not save after you fly/teleport to cerulean-either time. you will not be able to capture the Mew if you restart
