It means that you must have sold items in her house for money. I did it too but in the other game bust'n out Sims (and maybe in this game too) if you add stuff to their house making it worth more they pay you the difference when you move.

You upgrade the house. You sell some items or get more items to make the budget higher. I recommend using the FREEALL code (Main Menu, L+R, Type Code). The bills will skyrise though, so be prepared.

To get a promotion you look on your controller and there are four arrow keys up,right,down,and left if you click the left arrow key it shows your skill points and if one of the skill point bars has yellow in it you have to fill it up and to do that you should be in a good mood or your Sim won't agree to do the stuff you need to do to fill those bars. After there filled you go to work and you should come home with a promotion.

When your putting Freeall in your forgot the space between free and all
You have to put in MIDAS for freeall to work. I know, it's a waist of time but it works.
You dont have to put midas that just unlocks everything just put freeall

ask one of her friend to be roommates. they might say you have 2 have good food ,people talkin,and a hot tub started. or you dont make enough money. get a promotion and then throw a party(make sure you r in a good mood)

when the don't except you have to make sure that both happy and having a good time you both like each other so it is 100%, and you have to throw a few RAGING PARTY'S! I hope that helped

Wait until level 5 or 6 and just make a husband and wife kiss alot when both in good mood. Then it will say "DO YOU WANT TO HAVE A BABY?" At the top it will say the wife's name or husbands name. Have a man and woman sim fall in love and do a lot of kisses when relationship is +100.
if the man (or woman) accepts the kisses, eventually, a message will say, "Shall we have a baby?" and you can press A for yes or B for no. if you choose a, a baby will caome and it will say, "Congratulations! It's a boy." or "It's a girl." oh, you can't pick the gender.

First you can so the good old way by kissing in the bathroom for more then on time but if you loose your baby you will turn deprest thats when you ask you husband to come into the bed and you press the word dazzle and from there on you can keep dazzleing untill you have a kid

MECH: Buy a work bench if that doesn't work, Fine, use the book shelf
CHRISIMA: use a Microphone, or mirror
LOGIC: Two words, Chess Board or TELESCOPE
CREATIVE: Gutare does NOT work, use Piano or paint
