I seem to have the same problem as some one else: I've made it through the Air Temple Quest with only 98%. According to the log, I've gotten all the chests, all the MoMo Objects, gotten all the Set Items and found all the areas. It says I've done all but 1 quest which is listed as "Separated." I go in to fight the boss and it's still 98 %. Am I missing a smaller quest? Or does it show at the end that I got 100 %? Thanks!

I got the moon peaches on the lvl were you get haru, but I dont know who to give them to since they are most likely quest items for momo wat do I do with them and who and when?
