You find those stripes at a fisherman outside the town. (hint) get them before the old woman tells you ehich wil save time

The strips can be found all over the town in either the Water tribe or Earth nation, or in the shops. Break open boxes and vases, open chests and go to any shop you can find. You'll also need honey to make them hard leather strips.

You bring down the golden book once you get past the gate, then you follow the path and try to avoid the owls attacks. Next, you destroy the boxes and not the wall then you water- bend and freeze the door then you escape.

There is a place where there are lots of statues laying on the ground, in that place you have to use earth bander to put them on the right place [focus mode], when you finish doing it with all of the statues, you go to a circle with some plants on top of it and use the air bender [focus mode] and than you talk with the spirit [big purple gowl] and he'll thank you for fixing the place. than you will be able do meditate, all you have to do is co on the circle close to the spirit and press triangle and put yes.
Focus move near the owl and meditate on the circle.

When the spirit bear stands up, you can hit it. When it isn't standing, dodge its attacks.

If I remember correctly is a person that stays near where appa and the guy from the stabbles are waiting for you. there are two ways to go you have to choose the west one...is a place where there are 3 merchants[or 2 or 4 I don`t really remember]
