U have to tap the right analog stick in the direction u want to go fast. But this only works with cetain players like ronaldinho and christiano ronaldo
There are two ways to do that.
1.
In manager mode, your team chem increases gradually with each game you play, sometimes it will go faster if you have a big winning streak with games where you have the majority of both possession and pass accuracy. also, you can organize your team with players that work well together, different formations also change it sometimes (note: normally if you are set on having good team chemistry, you will have to sacrifice putting a huge amount of good players on the field. ex. if you are using the transfer search and club transfers to edit squads so that C. Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, T. Henry, and R. Van Nistelrooy are on the same team and on the field all at once, you will almost be garaunteed to have a horrible team chem.
2.
In xbox live, you start off with a set Team Chem number. The only way to change this is just swapping starters and formations, like in manager mode.
