Jump out of the helicopter and into the boat below. press y to stand on the boat and then select your grapple gun. Wait for a heavy duty chopper to pass by and then take it over. Fly to the mansion and then blow the tank up. It should then prompt you to chase the helicopter. Drop down behind the mansion quickly to avoid rocket fire and then manuever over to the helicopter in chase.
Get the c4s and go to silo one press the button and put it down do this twice to proceed to the next mission
When you go to the island or the place where the power plant is, you need a helicopter and fly over straight to the nuke plant which is behind the place you are supposed to go to which is the electric place. Then land on building right next to the nuke plant and climb all the way, set the trigger, walk away and jump on to the building next to the plant and fly off with your helicopter. And get to the safe island place. This is easy!
I threw a grenade and blew the thing up, then I got onto the dirt bike and drove to the beach. dont try to get to the other island, it doesn't work.

If you see the group of isles there is where you should look ) also, try looking for it in the water, under water, np for the help ^^
I found a masive one in the under ground cavern near the prison this is not a glitch I came across it when messing around its realy cool!

The submarine is a underwater scooter that you use in the mission called sinking yhe buccaneer and it is on a crane like thing where you push a button on a console and it drops down, it is only in this mission and if you try to take it to a safe house jet planes with rockets dont let you get away
