I cant seem to win power points in Season Mode. Multiple times ive had "most fairways hit" and I always use the boost off the tee. I gain many points for all the other categories but have received zero for power. Does anyone know how to win power points?

Does any body know where to get the power icons from? ive got 1 from my driver, ive looked threw almost all of the clubs and clothing, and there is nothing! somebody please help....

I have powered up to 11 in all aspects but when I use my Turbo power I still only hit it normal distance. I noticed that in my skills that there is another 4 block area at the bottom that takes something else like a club with greeen leaves around it. Does that also have to be powered up to have full power. these other 4 don't show up on regular skills layout. I believe its located in the modifing section ???

Do you still have earlier versions of TW on your memory card? If you do you should delete all older files. This is a confirmed glitch.

I have been able to apply 2 Special Power Icon to Golfer Sonita Lopez. I get the icon by ante up. I have 9 Special icon on my golfer but have to apply them.

The leafy things are luck. they just help you to sink impossible looking putts or really luckey drives

Okay, the things at the bottom of the attributes menu are the number of times you can power up during one round. This just might be MY game because there are gliches everywhere in 07, but I've tried many different scenarios....If you choose to power up, you are limited to the number of those icons @ the bottom of the equipment modifiers menu. I only have 5, so I can only power boost 5x's in one round, simple enough, right??? I thought so too! If you do power up, atleast on MY game, you better make sure that it reaches full power because no matter how many power boosts you have left, they are gone. You could have 10 left, but if you choose to do a half power boost (3-6 taps), after the shot, the power boosts don't work anymore. And as far as the having '06 on my memory card, I've tried everything from starting a game with '06 on the card and moving it over to another card afterwards and I did a new game on a card without '06 and the results are the same. Like I said, this might just be MY game that has this issue, I bought it the first day it came out, so I might have gotten a bad batch or something.

Under skills in the modifed screen if all 4 blocks are filled it gives you a higher percentages. To get those blocks filed, buy items with those blocks and go to skills and modify.When modified the purchased items has 4 squares move left or right and different blocks will show up.(power, power boost, approach.) Just keep going left or right and you will see theblocks fill up on your right side of the screen. -Answer by:lild75

Those things are called 'special equipment modifiers' - they are only applicable to three clubs in the game (I am not sure if there are more), these clubs belong to Melvin Yosh, Big Mo, and Selita Lopez and they are the only people that can use them. When equiped to Melvin's putter it is more likely of going in on a putt - the more specials you put in, the better (max being 4) you can do this for Mo's Driver and Lopez's Iron. If you buy the clubs and try to apply the specials to your character you can't. You can only get these specials by upping the ante on Team Tour, and selecting the one with the special tablet. Hope that helps.

How do you make money to make your profile guy better?

The quickest way that I have found so far,is to make your profile and equip your character with the best gear you can find in the PRO SHOP,try to equip anything you can that have modifiers and don't worry about spending everything because you will only gain money.Next ,you have to go back to the main menu and select TRADITIONAL GAME MODES,now you have to select SKINSand make sure you are set up for two player's on one controller.You also need to have specials on and also need to change your wager up to $1,000.make sure you choose any golfer you want as the second player and then start the game.Now all you have to do is make your money by out driving your opponent.You get $1000 doing this,make sure to abuse the second player under shooting all of this players shots to benifit your character.You also receive $1000 to reach the green first,$1000 for closest to the pin and $1000 for sinking your ball first AND anything you get under par aswell as any chipins or pin seeker will rake in alot of money.I hit over $10,000 in bonuses with a chip in eagle!The best part is you can keep playing until you get your fill.ENJOY! by wfa666

Go to REAL CALENDER EVENTS,TEAM TOUR, you build up your points.If you go under your profile, on the right there are little blocks. Each block has a certain amount of points. Once you meet that amount you can move up to another colored block.That is what those icons are on the upper left hand corner when you play. -Answer by:lild75

Ok, if you want to succeed fast in this game, you want to read this post... lots of other posts with some of these tips, but none seem to put them all together...

1) Make easy money: create 2 characters... they will each have $2,500... play a 2 player skins game with both of these characters... make sure both players wage the max wager ($2,500 for starters)... now, play just the back 9 of Fancourt (i think that's what it's called... it's the only par 73 course)... have player 1 concede all holes to player 2... after the match, save player 2 (the winner) and not player 1 (the loser)... restart your computer after player 2 is saved... now, start up another skins game, using the max wager... this time, have player 2 concede every hole... afterwards, save player 1 (the winner) and not player 2 (the loser)... restart... now both have $5,000+... do this exact thing 8 times, you now have 2 characters with roughly $50,000... 1 of these characters will be your character to play with... the other you stash away for when you need more money... now, this guy can instantly give anyone $50,000 by playing just one fake 9-hole skins game...
2) Equipping the best gear... go to the Options then Enter Password screen... type in "JUSTDOIT" to unlock all nike gear... type in "Inthegame" to unlock a good chunk of EA gear... now go to Gameface and then Proshop... start buying up gear... you can get a total of 4 bonus leafy attributes for each category if you equip the modifiers to gear... the thing is... modifiers can be moved... for example... buy 4 drivers, all with +1 Power modifier... put all 4 modifiers on 1 driver, presto... +4 Power driver... you can do that with all of your gear and all modifiers... and with your new bankroll, money is no issue... even if you run out, which you won't for awhile, you can get $50k in no time...
3) start the team tour... unlock players and panels, and in doing so, this is the fastest way to skill up... I find that the One-Ball contests are the easiest, cuz its all strategy... the computer is inconsistent putting outside of 12 ft or so, but if you are good, you should be able to make them from about 20 ft out... try to set up your opponents shots so he has to sink a 12-25 footer for the hole... he will miss about 80% of the time...

if you follow these steps, the rest is pretty much easy... this will get you started, the best way possible... I have read every single post on this forum, and not one of them will help you even half as much as this one... it is GOLD! have fun!

Is there a possible way to get the option like in toger woods 2003 game to choose a model, or is there a way to download tiger's swing into your own personel character because it sucks that I have to swing with no repeatability. All I want to know is is there a possible way to make your swing repeatable without having to use your create-a-swing feature so I can make my swing like tiger's swing. for example, if I went to the choose a swing option if I picked jack nicklaus' swind(or legendary swing as said in the game) I would be able to make the same swing with my irons and wedges just like the actual character. I hope to god there is a way to make this possible.?

Why do my shots always go left? no matter who i'm using, which clubs (other than putters), no matter how high or low my skills are... the shots always go left of where I aim them... how do I fix it? for now I just target everything 15 degrees to the right to adjust...
