Q: How do i get my skill level up?

A1: Enter Rivals mode and anti up on every challenge until you have all maxed skills. You should accomplish this right before you finish the last challenge set of golfers. I killed Tiger and smashed rivals mode. There are usually 26 to 31 chances to build or increase your stats in rivals mode.
