You use compatable items that blend togther to get better items or different characters, but you have to buy z item fusion from baba at the item shop in dragon adventure or at item shop on the main menu.

No. Its Impossible! I've tryed it. It never worked but,You can fuse two meta-Coolers! Go to dueling and go to free battle and get two metal coolers and your good to go! but I havent tried it yet, so if it dosen't work ill be posting passwords!

In adventure mode, go to the other places (yellow squares on the map) and sooner or later one of them is bound to have General Tao there just beat him and you get them both.
You can't create custom characters. You may be thinking of adding z items to make them stronger or you can inter codes to get up to 10 characters lvl 160 (all stats at lvl 20).
It says that you can create custom characters in The data centre but you cant, that is where you enter passwords for different characters as above in the cheats.

All you do is: get next to them, do a few punches, 3-5 then hold right or left with circle, depending on which way you press you will teleport to the side, you can even telprot up and down =)
As soon as ther about 2 hit u pres cicle nd left or rite nd ull teleport ther,or wen ur doin a combo or just punchin press circle nd left or rite nd ull go ther so u can do mor damage
Press a directional button plus the sircle button during your punching combo. you'll be able to dissapear as long as u have the energy to do so and once u dissapear u need to start punching right away to do it again.
There are too many ways for teleport... 1-defending press circle when you are going to be hit by a charged punch a blast or a rush atk 2 - Favorite techniques - some characters have afterimage, instantanious transmission etc... you can use it doing L2 circle or L2 up Circle 3 - teleport twice in a combo ( square, Down + Triange, Triangle, Square, Triangle ) 4 - Teleport lots of times by using Dragon Homing you must have your character at Full Power and then just press triangle the times you want after doing a charged punch 5 - Tactical teleporting if you want to atk your rival's back just punch him and then press circle + right, circle + left, and if you want to fall back or go front circle + down, circle + up or just press circle... Yeah if you have SS4 Goku he can do an one hit combo all you have to do is get on Max Ki and start atttack then to dragob fist and they will be dead oh but yur enemy has to have 3 health bars :}
