Go for a walk. make sure you go to the park. when you get to the park change your acc. when it stops saving turn your ds off and you can go for another walk
Do this: Go to the park without a collar or something. And on the way go on so much "?" you can. At the park you put on some collar and you game saves. Turn your ds off and on again and you are at your home with all the items you find. And you can go for a walk again :D! But you dont get trainer points.

How do you erase dogs on nintendogs when you only have one dog?

Answers +The only way I know of is to completely erase your game. it's real easy. All you have to do is turn your game on, and when it gets to the screen with the nintendo logo in red on it, press abxylr all at the same time. If it doesn't work, then your timing might've been a little off. It's ok, just try again. Anyway, it'll ask you if you want to erase your saved data, and if you touch yes, it'll tell you what'll happen, and ask you again. BE WARNED IF YOU TOUCH YES ON THIS, JUST REMEMBER THAT YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THAT EXACT DATA EVER AGAIN.
Hold down ABXYLR at the same time at the beginning.be careful after you press yes &don't turn it off you will lose everything.

You can't mate your dogs. If you have a male dog and a female dog and the male 'get's on top of her' it just means they are friends and that they get along. The 'romantic' music plays even when there are 2 male dogs and 2 females. It just means they made friends. If the dogs don't like each other, other music plays and they chase each other. The game was actually made to teach kids responsibility and if you knew about real dogs, you'd know they don't even mate like that.

Ummm. that cheat up there does not work
Get on bark mode with a friend who has nintendogs and ask them to use a breed you dont have. When you leave, get a few more trainer points, and you should unlock that breed.
It also helps if they have a diferent version because they start out with different breeds.

Go on bark mode and then ask your friend to bring a breed you don't have and then when you get home you will unlok that breed but make sure you choose your breed wisley because you can onley do it once in a lifetime mabe you can do it once a day.
To get all the dogs you have to get all the trainer books or what ever you call it

Take your dog(s) out for loads of walks a day as you can possibly fit in and brush your dog's fur often. This all gives you loads of points. Its also very important that you say the words into the the microphone very clearly and exactly the same tone and loudness. its also not necessarily 3 times, the least amount of times ive got is 3 and the most was 7. they all have to be in a row aswell.

I would say action replay is the problem because I have it and the same thing happened to me. then, later on, and once you dont really use action replay, it may stop.

I got a regular ds and didnt know there was a difference between lite and the old one, so I waited a LONGGG time, and then when I came back, my beagle Bella, who had been left with my beagle DJ, was pushing out a puppy! I was so freaked out! I couldnt name them tho. they only came if you called, "Nintendo!" its was SO freaky! I felt bad because since it didnt register them, I couldnt do anything with them! they ate and drank and played tho. but I couldnt take them for walks. they ran away..... I miss them. there were three. but I think mine had a glitch.....

You can enter your dog in contests. If you read the books that come free found in "Supplies List" and then "Care" you will be able to teach your dog how to do a fair amount of clever tricks.

When you go on a walk go to as many parks, training places as you can and let is stay there and you get lots o' trainin points, I do this with only one park and I get atleast 150 per walk, you can also get by spending time with your dog like training it, and teaching tricks

I read that you need two dogs of the same breed (a boy and girl of course) and leave them alone for a long time. Then you have to wait a few 'months' or so till you have puppies.....Not sure if it works but it answers you question.

When you brush your dog, put the brush in the middle of it and leave the ds on without touching it. You get one point every minute.
Give 1 of your dogs a bath then get the brush out and keep it in the the middle of your dog plug in the charger and every minute you get 3 points and after 8 hrs you should 700 points

Getting the Jack russel book is very rare I hav not gotten it yet, but if you use the unlimited walk cheat you can increse your chances of getting it.
What you do is, get your dogs stamina to the highest it can go, then make it's coat beatiful, make it really full, and un-thirsty, then put on the lucky collar.

Okay, this is for evie919. The earliest release date for a NDS was November 24, 2004 in the US and Canada. Clearly this means that it has only been out for three year, though it is soon to be four, and that means that you could not possibly have been playing the game since you were 6 all the way up to 37. Unless you have a time machine, which we all highly doubt.
As for the JR book, haven't gotten it yet, but I suggest you go on lots of walks and have higher-ish trainer points. That gives you better chances of getting rare things. Anyways, good luck!

Okay, first, evie919 must be some 8 yr. old with a mental problem. The game has only been out for somthing like 2 yrs. I know for a fact it hasn't been out for 31 yrs. And brooklyn818 better not come back either. Second, I haven't gotten the book either. But I just hope that I (and you and everyone else) find it eventually.
I heard somewhere that you need 25,000+ trainer points to get the jack russell book, and even then it is quite rare. I canot say for sure whether or not the amount of trainer points you need is true, I am just saying that this is what I have heard and I hope this helps to get you a jack russell.

To get trainer points up, walk your dog, enter it in contests, wash, brush, feed and teach it new tricks!
To get your time together with your dog up, take all other dogs to the dog hotel and just focus on that one dog! Sorry Dude I had the same problem You have to Hold A,B,X,Y,L,and R (resets game data) to get rid of the glitch
I'm sorry, but some codes on action replay like press select to get all item will do that. That happened to me, too. You have to restart your game like I did.

Ar cheats for nintendogs worked fine for me,but I don't use my Ar anymore because it had to get reset. (this was Lab and friends lost it so bought Dalmation and friends instead)

Sorry, you cannot lose trainer points no matter how hard you try. You can restart a game though, by when the nintendo logo appears by pressing A,B,X,Y,LR. Then, all data will be erased and I guess from there just don't enter competition (they earn you trainer points)

Yes! you can lose trainer points by your dog eating trash.. its true ive done it but you only lose like 3 trainer points so preety much you cant lose trainer points
You can only lose trainer points if you don't pick up there poop while on walks.and if you starve you puppy for a few days it will take awhile to get more trainer points(the trainer points will increase slower)

No there puppies that never grow up so they cant have pups. but opposite genders are likley to get along. for example my sheltie Zelda gets along with zipper my golden retriever but Zelda hates wilma who is another female.
