Q: I am level six, but I can't find any Sea Serpant. There is only a guard named Sir Comnvert who guards the bridge to Falconreach. How do I possibly get to Falconreach?

A1: You Have to go to captain rolith and do the priestess box quest. After you finish, the guy will move.

A2: When you go out of the first town, go right. Continue on the bridge and the sea serpent will burst up out of the water.
