You probably wnt reach the bottle until after you talk to Zu and give him JJ's Signature. he'll then tell you about the tunnels which you have to swim in. you have to search for the bottle while underwater. pretty easy to find.

There are two places you can find mint,
#1: you go to that resaraunt and order something,(i think it was the 3rd item on the menu) if i'm wrong, keep ordering thing's until you get some mint, this is the cheaper way to go if you can get it on the first or second try. or you could try #2 which is to go to the park and check all the merchants and see if they have any mint, dont worry one of them will, but the one problem with that is , is that it might not be fresh!

Go to the cafe and order the ice cream with the mint and take the mint home or go to the park and buy it
