You go to the place that has the posters and a statue of Dreaded Patrick. Slam the cracked flooring and slam the buttons to put the pipes where they need to go. Then keep jumping on them until you get to the end of the pipes and you will get a piece of clothing. The other piece of clothing is under the dreaded patrick statue.

If it is the one when you are trying to find the parts for spongebob's car then you have to use the dash attack, if you have not gotten the dash attack there is something wrong with the game. if you have the memory of a gold fish you have to press R1 to knock the tree down. hope I can help :-)

Well there is a hard way and an easy way. HARD WAY: try to find all of the seeds. EASY WAY: Go to the cheat codes area before you start the game then enter SCOOTLES as the code. hope I could help :-)
