Im have the same feeling and stuck too just like you and then when on the first time I learned to blow some posters, I dashed to a car and the car moved! Q: How does one get to the ticket machine in the starfishman rail yard level to pop the stairs in Starfish man? I try to jump from the steam box to the ledge but always fall short.

A1: When standing on the grey train with the 2 panels sticking up, stand on the higher panel and you will be able to jump to the other grey train. You will then get a prompt saying to hit the square and the stairs will pop up. Geez, we worked on this for over an hour.
