Buy a collar go back to the house and have your sim go to the mirror. one of the options will be change appearance of pet. click that and go to the 4 optiion there will be the collars and you can put them on your pet
First wate for it to grow then go to the town square then go to the the place where you can get your pet washed but insted go to buy clothes for pet and go to head then neakwear.
You buy a collar from a pet store and I think it goes on it automatically! or it goes into your inventory and you then place it on the puup/kitten not sure sorry
You can only put collars on adults and elders, not puppies and kittens.

there needs to be a changing booth. then when they get in, as a different sim click on the booth. if your relationship is high enough, you can select (woohoo) or (try for baby)

Thats not true in fact 1 of my asperations is to by a cell but I cant find the vending machine or you could get a cell from the Boolprop cheat
Not true- you can get one if you have uniersity and the bool prop testing cheat allows you to have one as well
You can get a cell phone by buying sims life stories, thats the only way I no how 2
Use boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true then use Shift and click on your sim go to give cellfone . Or theres vending machines dowtown .

You can buy one only if you have sims 2 university then you go to one of the shops on campus or if you have both sims 2 university & nightlife then in nightlife you can then search around for one in one of the shops they're located in weird looking blue things
NOOOOO! no matter what sims 2 game you have you can get a cell fone by putting a vending machine in any stor.then you send your sim to that store and you click on the machine any there your sim has a brand new cell fone.........just thought I would clear that up for all you guys! happy simming XX!ollie!XX

Hey just press ctrl+shift+c then type boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true then enter a home. Now press shift at the same time you click on a sim. Now you just find the saying... *give cellphone. I have done this before and I know where all the right cheats are some times they don't work on certain computers though. U get your dog pregnant by buyin it a big dog house thing and get a male dog click on it and if it says try for puppy or sumat then ya dogs will get funky!
Well first you have to have a male dog and to do thatyou could go to a pet store or click the phone and click adopt a pet. Look for the opposite sex ofyour dog. and they will bring it to your house. Next make sure you get a dog house. Next make sure yourpets play with each other and they will become friends. After that make sure you are friends with one of the dogs and click try for puppy and click the name. The will play and if they agree they will go to the dog house. When you hear a little baby song then your dog is pregnant. You will wait a couple of days like 3-5 days and your dog will give birth. It will take 5 days for your puppy to grow up.
I dont know my female has been pregnant for 1 week and still no puppy!
First you have to make sure the female and the male dog have a high enoght relasionship then you have to click the sim and make sure that your sim has 50 on top and 50 on bottem that means you have to have a high relasionship with 1 dog then you have to click the dog and click try for puppies with.... then click the name then they will go into the dog house and hve woo hoo also they will have the puppies in 2 days!
Have them get a dog house and then get good realashion ship with one dog but make sure both dogs are friends then if it plays a tune wella the girl dog is pregant

You need enough space on your lot to make a drive way, in build mode there is something for garages, pick a drive way, and if you are wanting to make a garage, you add the extended driveway thing. then buil walls around the extended driveway. and add a garage door! I think the sims open the garage themselves, like when they pull in the driveway.
If you have a grave it will apear from there in the night and after awile of it scaring ur sims if ur sims aspiration is not knowledge they will die from fright. my alien did.
Serious I never had a sim die from fright, thats fkin scary lol. I remember once in the first sims I saw a ghost while I was playing and it scared meeee sooooooo much!
To see a ghost you make a make a closed off room or fence, with no way out. The you use the *moveobjects cheat* to capture passers-by an put them in your pen an they wil soon die an a few nights later they're ghosts wil haunt u.
p.s dont kill too many people because if you hav too many ghosts they wwont let your active ssim sleep at nite so delete sum graves.

I did it a couple times you get a 2 story house and get an opened shower go on the second story where the shower is and then go down one story sometimes it shows you the top story still and will let you see them showering

You can! In the same way as the humans. do ctrl+shift+c and then click shift over a sim. I cant remember which option its under but you need to select Tombstone L and D. a tombstone will appear and you need to make the pregnant pet the active character, click on the tombstone and choose speed up my pregnancy. just like with the sims
Make sure you are on the right floor level to delete the floor and try using the hammer icon. You can also click on a floor cover in the catalog and see how to delete it.

You need a male dog and a female dog that their owner has a good relationship with and a pet house/kennel. Click on one of the dogs and click "try for puppy". That should work.
First there has to be a very high relationship with the both dogs. the two dogs that are having the puppies together also have to have a high relationship. once they have that you click on the dog and click on the option try for puppy with then click on the name of the other dog. In a matter of days the puppies will be born
Your Sim has to ask the dog to have baby's then you need to have a female and a male dog then they will hang out and then you need to buy a dog house then they will go in the house and then some music starts to play and some hearts start to come from the house and then they come out of the house then a hot air balloon comes floating down then it will open the box and there is a baby dog and you get to rename it and play with it
You cant put collars on the puppies but when they get older just go to a mirror in an house and you can change the look of your dog and the collar
There are no puppy collars, if they said small dog then those are for small adult dogs such as chihuahas or toy poodles.

First buy a kitchen bin. Eat lots of instant meals. When your bin gets full, take out the trash. When your outside, cancel the command. your sim will drop the trash. Don't clean it up because wolves are attracted to the garbage. Oh, and get LOTS of pine trees.

Save game b4 you have the baby...if it's a boy, and you want a girl, go to neighborhood WITHOUT saving, then enter the lot again. The sim should have birth again, this time to a baby girl
As far as I know you can't change the babie's gender but if your sim has, say a boy and you want a girl, if you neglect the baby (DON'T feed, wash or take care of it in any way!) a sim will come and take away your baby. You can then adopt a baby over the phone (services - adopt) and select a boy/girl (WARNING baby may not be colour of your sim!)

As told above, you just save the game a short time before the birth. then if you get a boy, you go to the neighborhood without saving and back into the house as many times as needed to get a girl. If the parents have different skin colour and/or eye colour, this can change too. Although the game will prefer custom made skin for the games' own.

Make sure your cats like each other first. If they barely know each other they probably won't want to woo hoo.
I'm having the same problem. I've adopted new pets and it still won't work.
Your pets have to be obedient also. If they are not obedient then they won't listen to you. try teaching them comands or learned behaviors
Your sim and the cats you are trying to breed need to be in a good mood, and your sim and the cat you are asking to breed has to have a good relationship with each other and the cats can't be related at all. You could've accidentally adopted related animals. =)

In the . . . selection there should be a 'Game Option' button, click that and find numbers that look something like 1080 x 480 or something like that. Select 1 of the highest numbers, that should get you into full screen.
Use the phone and in the part to get nannies and maids look for "Pet Adoption Services" or something like that, click it and after a little while a box will pop up where you can adopt dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens select what you want and they should be driven to your house in a few seconds

Also if you want puppies and kittens you can get them...uh....the old fashioned way.

Pparantly if you keep making a sim pregnant you can get more than 8 people on a lot but I don't know if it's true. I think there is a cheat for it but I'm not really sure what it is. Good luck with that though.
