A1: The formation you should have is your basic 4-4-2 and the key positions are you're strikers and you're goalkeeper good strikers are needed because otherwise withoutthe you score no goals and also without a good keeper then expect to let alot in.The wing backs are quite important and so are you're wingers because these people can take it up the wing for a cross in and also stop players marching through for the cross.also the ceneter midfielers if tey have the right inteligence and creativity then they make for a great play maker.For strikers try and find speed and shot power because as long as they've got decent accuracy.Thats pretty much all the basics covered

A2: I find that a 4-3-3 formation works extremely well. Get a tall good headerer of the ball and play two small quick players on either side of him. I play personally with rangers carew througfh the centre and walcott and boyd either side of him just playing off. i.e. carew further forward than the other two. get fabregas to play central midfield as he passes the ball sublimely. To buy players on the wing make sure they can play central midfield and on the wing. I stick with thomas buffel (left) and ricardo quaresma (right). paulo cannavaro is an excellent centre back and gianchedda from juve who can play anywhere along the back line. Gregory coupet an outstanding goalkeeper for about 8million pounds. styllian petrov get straight away from celtic and play him every match on the bench everton will eventually offer for him. usually about 9-14 million pounds a good investment indeed.

Once you've done this buy Montella, Boya, Jaja Caolho, Obbinna, Viana, Modric, Nasri, Pepe, Vlaar, Ramage, Barzagli. All of these either are good or become good after 2-3 seasons. Boya & Obbinna arent bad but they become worth a lot of money & any offers higher than what you've paid, I would sell. All of the above will help the future of your club, so take your pick at which to buy. A1: Make sure you hve one of the best teams then sign 1 or two players from the same league then you should be alright intill league 1 then de vreis in goal and striker in league 2. in the championship make a signing at the back then in the premiership make sure you have 1 - 4 pre contracted players coming your way then sign 1 or 2 old players with low wages then the following season sign 1 player only less than 5 mill 16-25 and make 1 of best players in the world the following season sing 2 then 4 then 5 then 6 and you should one of the best teams in the world (make sure you build a new staduim at least 40,000 capacity)
