Buy cesc fabregas straight away when you start the game bcoz then he is cheap and later on in the game he gets more expensive and maybe by mikel bcoz am chelsea and he is top class. buy giles barnes he has got an amazing future and he is cheap when you first start the game.
Try and look for players on the out of contract satus, they are good players but you need to spend time on them, and give them a decent amount of games but find out who they play best with and what formation that will help your team.

jose moutinho is very gd midfielder not too exspensive either you can get bout 5-10 goals which is ok + his price goes through the roof after his second season
You can javier mascherano for arond 11 million and as soon as he moves to your club his evaluation price rises to 12.25 million meaning if you had to sell him the following season you should get around 18 million for him

If you are a team that can afford bout 16-20 mill buy aguero he is argentinian I think then loan him to a ok team for as long as possible then when he comes back he will be great and if you want to sell him you get about 35mill
