Plz help!! I tried everything 2 get my sims 2 love each other but nothing is working. I've read all of the others that have the same problem but their still only best friends. All my sims are married but are only best friends. Not even 1 married couple of mine love each other and all my sims are married. Thank you.

Try Woohooing that gets them up to 100 and if that doesn't work have them talk to each other more. And if it still doesn't work try to make the relationship go down I know it sounds crazy but it mostly worksthen build a new relationship they will STAY married and with success they will become lovers
All you have 2 do is make them talk and flirt and make sure that they have good chemistry eventually make them kiss and when more kiss hug and flirt options will pop up and vola they love each other
You spelled voila wrong, and get the hot tub or the swing and theyyl start talking and getting more of a relationship even if its at 100

Okay be calm now hear is what you do first you buy a garden swing and make them talk to eachother and that should make them get a good firend ship then if that doesnt work then get a fireplace sit down and let them talk and roast marshmellows together that should make them love each other now if that doesnt work than maybe you picked the wrong type ofpersonality for both of them.

I really need desperate help here. I've gone to just about every site that came up on google searching for how exactly to open the cheat Gnome. For the life of me I just cannot seem to get it! AHH! I've tried every possible way to make it happen and it never works on my ps2. I've looked up all the cheats to ps2 & they all involve that gnome I cant get, pleez help me!?

Okay, the only thing you need the cheat knome for is money and pet points so dont worry about opening it. to get 10,000 simoleons the cheat is: triangle, up, right, down, left, l1, r1. okay, now im not sure but I think you have to hold triangle, but I dont think you do. it takes a couple of trys believe me it wrks, plus when I do it I just press all the buttons. haha but that is the code, keep trying and the pet points code is triangle, circle, x, square, l1 r1. so goodluck. if it doesnt work then I dunno why cuz it shud!
Me and mi sis got the cheat gnome on it and I hope my answer will help you with your trouble. step one: during gameplay( while you r playing it, not on the pause menu) press the following buttons- L1.L1.R1.X.X.UP. Step two: then if you hear a happy sound, you will see a blue figure appear by your sidewalk. then you can type in any cheat you want. I hope this helps!

Well, in sims2pets you have to press l1,l1,r1,x,x,up as quicly as possible.do not pause the game! then a strange blue gnome apears on your lawn. then, if you want 10,000 simoleons, you press triangle,up,left,down,right. then go to the gnome and selsct it. it should give you a choise that's called give sim simoleons. choose it and you now have 10,000 simooleons.
OK SERIOSLY! If you nead the cheat for the cheat gnome here it is: triangle, then up on the d-pad, then left on the d- pad, then down on the d-pad, then right on d-pad!

The only cheat to unlock all items is the town square cheat, this lets you buy everything. Im not sure which one it is as I want that cheat but the 2 I found are either,

Ok it really easy all you have to do is keep buying items from the pet emporium,coffe cart,ice cream cart,smoothie cart and the toy shop and when you keep buying items they will upgrade even the boarding place and the petsalon and the place where you buy pets from will upgrade it worked for me hope it works you

I had problems with this 2! you go into town to the place you buy pets and its says at the bottom right press square to enter code. i think you can only enter fur colour here. the other one is when you are making a pet and it says the same thing!!! have gr8 fun!!!
Well its simple first you have to put in a cheat for the 'cheat gnome'
stand next to it and put your cheats in while in gameplay then click on the cheat gnome and have options click on one of them

All you have to do is enter the gnome cheat(L1,L1,R1,X,X,UP) and a strange orament in the shape of a gnome appears by your mailbox. Then type in the codes then.
If they are the codes to put in the 'cheat gnome' then just type them in normal gameplay after you have done the gnome code or if they are 'pet fur marking codes'then you go to the town square and go to where you buy pets go into it and press square. You need the cheat Gnome to input your cheats. But if you are talking about the fur marking cheat codes ect, you select a pet and press square, you type in the code there.
You just do not pause the game at all. Then bring out the cheat gnome and then put all of your cheats in while standing next to the gnome.
If you want to enter cheats like more money or more pet points( money for town square.) then, at your house or lot, enter L1, L1 R1, X, X, Up.You should than see a blue garden nome. If your talking about pet hats and stuff like that, you go to the pet salon OR the main page of the creat a familly and there should be a pop-up that says to enter code there. The one above is right but you can't wash cats cause they wash them selves you can ust wash dogs

Go to ur bath tub and press wash pet ur sim will autimatically call your pet ur pet will come but u must have a bath and not a shower or u can go up 2 ur pet and go down until u see speacial click on it then u c wash pet then u wash ur pet that is how i do it
Not all the baths can wash your pet only the brown bath and there is another bath but I cant remember what it was.

It isnt right for the pc to be able to do more with the sims 2 pets and the other games for the sims 2. it isnt fair because they can have babies, drive cars, and ect., if I would make the game I would like that to happen in the sims 2 pets for playstation and other sims 2 games also!:(

You can't. It really stinks becuz my computers and laptop cannot hav the pc or comp.cannot handle or not have the software or whatever it is for Sims 2 games so I can only play the sims games for ps2! U can do way more stuff in the pc version like drive a car, have babies, have 2-3 floors and I cannot play them! It's not fair! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! NO FAIR! STUPIS GAMES! :'(

Since all these people dont know what they are talking about, that specific dog house is the most expensive you can buy. I dont remember if its in your Buy catalog or downtown. One of the two. And I do not think that the video is for PS2, I think PC.

I think that you can't have a swimming pool in sims 2 pets, you can only have the Fitzroy Dreamers Rock Pool, I repeat I THINK!
I dont think you can, the rock pool is the only small pool feature.

You have to have at least 50,000 trainer points then go on to landscape(trees,and flowers) and it will be at the end 10,000$

I don't think you can get a swimming pool in the sims 2 pets ps2,you can get one in the sims 2 bustin out ps2 though!

Easy all you do is go to romance and select 'propose' usually they acsept but sometimes they say 'oh sorry I am already married' if your trying to marry Dan bad luck he is married but... you can devorce them by going to quit the house your in then go to dan's house be Dan and select his wife press special and press "break up" then try proposing again he will answer yes this time and he will move in!
Try to get them to move in before you get married then get them to like each other even more
Emember when you click the option "propose"? well do that again(if they say yes) then click propose again and itll say marriage or go in the furniture section and theres this one arch with flowers, put that outside and click it and itll say like marriage or something
You go to furniture and get a garden swing then you sit down and it will ask you if you want to call over a friend click the name of the friend and he/she will sit w/u then press and hold r1 until there friendship gets to 100 then when they both stand up click x and click romance and then click propose don't hesitate if you trie to make them go slow and kiss 1st their friendship level will go down

Actually thaey can, its kinda hard though because your sims get to be a pain in the @$$ *ahem* yeps, but you just have to get married let your sims kiss three or more times and the let them woo hoo a couple of times, ull find in a couple of days a baaby cradle in your house! (yes I have tried it, IT DOES WORK)

On sims 2 pets (ps2) on the aspiration thing you choose when you r creating ure sim it has a little pic of a cradle and 2 birds I think you can have babies but they arnt as easy 2 get as sims 2 for pc

The bird with the cradle means puppy or kitten

I used the ' Max Motives ' cheat and I put it in exactly the way it was shown. but it didnt work. Has it actually worked for anyone?

Buy a fish tank from the buy mode then feed them wait 3-4 hours or wait for a selection to 'harvest seafood' and there you go!!!
Go to town square and go to the pet imporium, and you can get a goldfish.
You must purchase the fish tanks out of the catalog. Feed them and then you can harvest them. You can also hire a caretaker who will water your fruit trees and feed your fish every 3 days!
Press start when at home or on a lot select the object catalog go to Miscellaneous and you will find some fruit trees and some fish tanks there are 3 different fish tanks with all different fish. By them and, place them in your home then feed them every day then after 2-3 days go back to the tank and it should say harvest seafood do that then you will get some fish.
Okay first buy a small table then go to the town square and go to the pet emporium and buy a gold fish for 150 pet points and then go home and go to the family inventory and put the gold fish on the little table and feed it and it can do tricks.

The food that i find helps me heaps is the roast and fruit sauce. you go to the fridge and go to "grap group ingredients" i think it says. then press square to go to the recipes, here you need to continue pressing R1 until you come to the 5th tab. here you should be able to find the recipe for "roast and fruit sauce", highlight it and press X. when you get back to the recipe selection go down to DONE. then go to your oven and press X then go to make roast and fruit sauce. you will then have to serv your meal press the bowl and go to grab a plate. Eating this will take your hunger up to about the 3/4 mark if empty.
YEP!!!first go to the refrigerator then click ingredents.it should have 4 food slots,click each one and get these foods:pork,chicken,tofu,and beef then go to your oven hit X and click make roast beef,then when he takes it out it should sparkle.when he eats it and you see sparkles above his head..it worked.this will help hunger alot.
Get the stainless steel fridge and got out BEEF,CHICKEN,TOFU AND TURKEY then go to the counter and click it should say prep sliced roast do that the go to the cooker and say make sliced roast it should say hunger eigher 95 TO 110 eat and it should go up about 3/4 also if it sparkles dont worry thats a good thing it means your motives wont go down at all for a short time :)
Ino this sounds wierd but lamb ,egg broccli and apple prepere it on a counter and cook it it should feed 130-150 hunger (your pets get very happy when you give them leftovers!!!)
Try Dangleberry,shark,lobster, and lamb go to a food procesor and click prep barbaque sausage and then go to a stove (not a grill because if u use the grill it wont be very affective)and click make barbaque sausage and it will have hearts on top and your hunger will go up it usually does 144 for me. READ DIS, ok first think you do is teach your dog to follow you and once he is tort that you click on the dog and then go on command. that should say follow sim (and any other tricks) click that and he will follow you. once you get to da food press stop following so he or she should eat the dinner

Special food, doesnt matter what fridge you have: first got to the fridge and get ingreadiants which would be pork chicken tofu and beef, and then make it on a stove or counter, the food will be all sparkly and when your sim eats it it should fill up more than half of a sims hunger and your motive wont decrease for a while! happy to help, and this is the easyest thing for food and keeping your sim happy!

You do the advance 6 hours cheat. Then, you enter the cheat again to cancel it. Finally, enter the same cheat while holdong trinangle. It adds 100,000 every time you select it. Dont worry, it worked for me.

THERE IS A CHEAT!!! I dont know about you, but "triangle, up, left, down, left" works for me. I think a different one worked too but I dont remember it. I had to do it a few times though before it worked, so dont get discouraged. And try the other ones a few times if this one doesn't work.

I heard there isn't a max all motive cheat. I found alot and tried them and they didn't work. but for the money one, you need the gnoe which is L1,L1,R1,X,X,UP and then the money is TRI,UP,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT and you have to do it in five seconds or it won't work. the money code gives you 50,000

Yes, if u dont hav an alarm, then get ur sims 2 stand in front of the doors, the robber cant go. Very useful!
Instead of going crazy and trying to call the police, if you have a dog or cat TEACH THEM TO GUARD. Its helpful. The robbers wont even go inside, they leave. :)
You know what I do I just take away all the doors and put them leading to a different room so that's when the roober runs away and I beat him up too then the police come.
Oo robbers r funny tho some guy took my microwave so just get an alarm for every room and train your pets

If an animal comes on your property walk over and select look at microchip. If it has one go to the phone and it should have report lost pet, click that and the owner should say "Thanks for finding my dog or cat" or something. Then the owner will come over and get the animal and if you tell the sim to leave, it will leave with the pet.

You need a housie first, then when you are at least 20 pont thingys with your dog and or cat, click 'em and an option will pop up saying "Try to something or other with a..." That one, do it a few times for a few days, and when you are wandering or something in your house, you should hear a catchy little song, head over to the dog house ansd there should be noticable changes in it, along wit the music, thats how they are makin' BABIES!

OMG. That happens to me all the time, and I hate it! What I did is built a fence and when that happens, I have another human sim go to the Town Square and take the person &dog with them. Everything seems to be fine after that. Good Luck!
Yes!All you have to do is build a huge fence around your garden when you are teaching your dog and then nobody will come...Or buy a stray away sign and put it in front of your house...Then your friends will never come when you are teaching your dog!

Mine doesnt freeze but I find it soooooooooo annoyin whan peeps walk into ma house wiv out being invited! Grrrrrrrrrr
When you said your game keeps freezing just take the game out of the machine and run it under cold water then dry it off good then play again and it won't freeze.
This happened to me once, and it really got on my nerves. I would not reccomend this unless you were willing to, but what I did is move to another lot. Just move out a family and then move into their house.
I had the exact same problem the game totally froze and I didn't save so I had to restart how annoying is that.

You go to the Town Square and buy lots of chicken things and keep on selling them till you satisfied with the amount. You get $375 for each one i think.
Just do this: activate cheat gnome (L1,L1,R1,X,X,up) then activate time advance cheat (up,left,down,right,R1) Click on gnome and hopefully you can see Advance 6 hours then press triangle to get so you can move again and press up,left,down,right. You should now when you select the gnome see Give sim simoleans. Hoped that works post if it did.

There is another way to get simoleans just enter the cheat for the gnome (L1,L1,R1,X,X) then add (x, x, triangle, circle, up, down, down, left, right, left) it wil give you the give simoleans option on the cheat gnome
Actually the person who said the first thing is almost there. But instead of just holding down the pause button, you ALSO have to hold down the triangle button. And you don't necessarily need to type in the advance time cheat.

There are no cheats for the guinea pig/hamster & and the fish because they are ALWAYS available from the beginning of the game. You don't buy them from a pet store per se, you buy them from the objects menu: the hamster can be found (with the cage) in the 'pet supplies' section of the menu and the fish/aquariums are available from the 'Miscellaneous' menu.

Listen, all you have to do is interact with the person...alot. Once my people were at their new house I got them to propose in less than a min.. Talk, play, rub-backs, talk, play, hug, first kiss,, ect. keep on going untill they 100% like eachother. Then chose one of the sims, go to romantic, and then propose. Oh, and no- you can not have babies in this game. only in the other ones. This one only focus's on people and their pets, no kids.
This way is pretty fast and will even work for 2 girls (ew...). You have to buy the Garden Swing from... seting I thnk... and then u ave to sit on it and call the other person over and choose 'snuggle' until their friendship gets up to 100% and then you can put propose and they will dress up in cheesy wedding clothes and kiss. There is not a big party unless you call people for a parrty.... Then they are married n that stuff but the can't have babies in this game, but if you go tou your dog and have a dog house and put try for offspring AND CHOOSE. YOU ARE DONE.

When I build a house I can't put down carpet, what am I doing wrong?

I found that on fishbone island there is a part where you can't put carpet down this might be a glitch, or bad terrain either way build around it.

The money cheat isn't the time advance cheat and you don't have to put the time advance cheat in first to make it work. The money cheat is:

The garden swing is under 'SEATING" under object catalog, and you get married bu clicking on the person the clicking 'romantic' then 'propose'
You can buy the garden swing in seating :)
Ok dude first off you go to your couch and a thingy sighn pops up and will say search couch click it,but there is stuff other than monkey paws you find so keep searching the couch

Answers +Get a maid or make ur sim happy and then clean it
You have to go tp you phone at go to survices and then go to aid and she will come over and clean every thing that needs cleaned like your dog house.
You have to hire a maid or get yourself happy
Or, start a party and if your freinds with people there, your freinds will clean for you

You can only get a roof in simspets2 pc version
The houses already have roofs you just can't see them. If you put the camera inside the house and look closely at the sim you will see it
Go to build mode and click on the the button that looks like a roof. you can make your own roof, (which I find difficult for me). or you can get a premade roof by clicking on the lower right hand side button and finding the type of roof that fits your house better. and if you don't like the one you clicked on, just click on another.
Zoom in as close as possible then look up ( with your eyes not the cursor ) , you should see a white ceiling . P.S I am right and it works on ps2 how ver you can onlt see the roof from the inside not the outside
You can see the roofs but by pressing R2 bout only you can see them not cusomize them.

That is so silly , you can controll the gost and get a gost. to be a ghost you need to stand in a fire or starve the sim. the only prob is that you can only talk to people and it is not even talking you be sick on them and suff.
You can't control the ghosts... but yes, you can get ghosts. Just kill off one of your Sims. If you do, you'll get the usual ghost of the dead person that will rise from the grave every night like they did in the previous games.
No on the game wen its loading it says you cant die so you will never see a ghost

You CAN be a ghost in the sims 2 not the sims 2 pets ... in the sims 2 you can control them and you can posess people and throw up on them and scare them so they pee themselves. When you want to come back alive there is a grim reaper somewhere around outside you can pay him $100 or do the fiddle challenge .. it's easier to just pay a hundred the fiddle challenge hardly ever worked for me
Yes, you can BE a ghost......but only in the sims 2.I have sims2 pets and sims2.You become a ghost in the sims2 when at night this thing like a boogyman or something comes around when someone dies then you can offer your life for him so the dead person can live.When you do that then you can still play wiyour charachter and then you can freekther people out because they cant see you.Its fun.You die by... wll I cant remember:D hope this helps
