Okay, I have a couple of answers:

1. Dogs need a lot of baths, but they're the easy part. The cats get sooooo mad when they're dirty, but you can't wash them, or make them wash themselves
2. I don't think there is, but I'm not entirely sure

Answer1:if you have a cat it will clean itself or if you have a dog you scold it for digging ripping garbage and peeing, it will stay clean longer!A2:Yes its xx square triangle square down(2) left right right. 1. you can take your dogs 2 the cleaner in the town square every once in a while if they r dirtee and its $50 pet points 4 each bath 4 you dog(s) and cats lick themselves so you don't need 2 worry about your cats.

When you make your pet you can make them pig pen or snooty if you pick pig pen that means they will always try to get dirty. I had a dog like that and it would always roll round in garbage.

Watch them for about a day. The answer will come to you. What I mean is that they like to roll around in Pee or Water puddles. If you catch them doing that, immediately go up to them and scold them for being filthy! Then they learn not to if you keep scolding them. Worked for me, but I do have to wash my dogs about every 3 days.

Sometimes the max motive do work...i pressed the cheat for the gnome and when I went to the park, there was a choice that said "max motives" and everything went up...but I dont know how I did that n iv been trying to do it again..maybe it was just luck. just press LLRXXup at home or before you go to the park

Okay, I can answer a couple of those

1. Instead of calling and clicking "Throw Party" just call and invite everyone over. It takes a while, but it works

2. I have no idea, sorry

3. Sometimes people call you and give you money. Also, if you catch a burglar, you get a lot of money

To get a big party call alot of times and select throw party the to 4 sims dancing turn o whatever sound system you have an select dance the rest will join in and the last one you need to buy from them alot so just input this code after you do the cheat gnome wich is this L1(2) R1 xx up then do the code for petpoints triangle circle x square L1 R1 then buy away!

K, this will be long
1. When people come to welcome you to the neighborhood, make good friends with everyone. Then you'll have the ability to invite everyone by just having a party. Even if people don't show up, just invite them over!

2. If you have more than 1 family member, get them all to dance. If not, just start dancing, people will join eventually. You can even change the music to get more people interested. It'll happen sometime, just keep trying.

3. The codes to get simoleons: Cheat Gnome: L1,L1,R1,X,X,Up. Then type in the money cheat: Triangle, up, left, down, right. Afterwards, go to the gnome, press X, then press Give Simoleons. If you wanna go old fashioned, GET A JOB IT THE NEWSPAPER. :D

Ok this will be reaaalllyy long
click throw party and then go to call... and click everyone to invite them some will say no but its ok. once the cop comes just ignore him
you can get four sims in your family and make them dance
get an expensive couch and search it(that may take a while)
there isnt one that I came across that works

PLEASE I know I know, The evil gnome things multiply after time. But HOW can you make them multiply faster without turning your console off. I have tried simply using the advance 6 hours cheat, I have done it like 20 times and each time, all that happens is the gnome moves, THATS IT! NO MORE NOT HAUNTING ME, JUST IN ANOTHER PART OF MY YARD! I know I might sound crazy to want evil gnomes haunt me my pets and my house, but I just want to see it happen! PLEASE HELP!
