A1 :  Just make sure yu got all the skills needed an go to work in a good mood and yu will get promoted! Hope this helped m8 :] A2 : Step 1: you press "start" and then you click on "personal info."
step 2: you scroll over w/ the R1 button until you find "My Job."
step 3: u'll then see what the skills you need 2 get promoted. so for example your guy named Jim is a teacher. let's pretend he needs 2 cooking. Jim already has 1 cooking, so he can either cook alot or study buy buying a bookshelf.
step 4: you can then resume your game and focus on your skills so you can get promoted.
EXTRA TIPS: if you need 2 buy a treadmill bcuz your sim needs 3 body, you can buy 1 then sell it after your done with it. and b4 you go 2 work after u've gotten all your skills that you need, make SURE to be happy. make everything almost green or else you won't get promoted if your sad/angery.=) - Answer by:StarbucksBabe12 A3 : It depends on your skill levels as well as how many friends you have made. If you go to the information menu, under the career screen, it will tell you where you need to be with skills and relationships before you get your next promotion.
I went ahead and maxed out my skills, and got all of the others sims in the game to best friend level before I got a job. If you do that, you will get a promotion every day you go to work until that particular career is maxed out. Then just re-build your relationships to the other sims, and move on to the next career.

A1 : U get 100 relationship points w/it and then you can adopt it A2 : Go to town square, and the adoption agency should be the building/shop closest to the sidewalk (a little to the right if your facing the whole town square). Oh, and you unlock some items in the shops when you adopt and sell pets.
As far as stray cats that come around.. apparently I've yet to have one appear. The only cat that's come around my sims home got stuck up a tree, and belonged to another sim (so I couldn't adopt it when it was rescued). A3 : Dont you just keep playing and giving them attention until the thingy pops up to adopt him.....i think
never tried tho A4 : You can only adopt the stray pet if it does not have an owner, check it'z microchip, if it sez it has an owner than you cannot adopt it, but if the micro chip sez it has no owner than become good friendz with it and you shud be able to adopt it. - Answer by:Jazza 666

A1 : You go to your phone and go to throw a party.
PS: if your party goes until past midnight you will get a $200 fine from the police. A2 : You go to the phone and select from the little menu thing throw a party. Watch out though if you keep a party going past mid night a cop will come up to your sim and say "You want to party and your niebours want to sleep. Guess who wins. Here is our little way of saying, don't do it again. A1 : Okay, I know how to do this. First, put in the gnome cheat, and that is L1, R1, up, X, R2. Then, put this cheat code in,up, O,up,right,L2. you have to do the cheat code fast if you want it to work. -Sam:) A2 : Sam- wrong, your thinking of the sims 2, this is for the sims 2 pets )
And to the asker, there is no max motives cheat, BUT a good way to raise your motives is to put your sim on the control where theyu do what they want, then leave them alone for a while, and since they do what they want, there motives should fill in no time :)
P.S This might not always work, hence, tv in bedroom is on and your sim cant sleep since it wakes him/her up and it is too dumb to turn it off. Then when you get back, your sim may be very sleep deprived, so be sure to adjust all objects before talking off.

A1 : If you are talking about 2 stories, then no you can't. But if you are talking about having 2 different floors in the same room,u can. you can't have a pool, there are only hot tubs. I know, it stinks. -Sam:) A2 : 1. you can not have a second floor if thats what you mean.

A1 : I have tried several codes from other websites and none of them have worked! I don't think there is 1.
A1 : U steal food by waiting for another sim to buy some food and then you go talk to them and as soon as they put it down you canael the action and pick up the food. you hav to be quick though
A1 : Go up to the dog and if it has a coller and it was yours you can take the dog if it is not yours you can not keep it unless it has not been with its family for about 2 or 3 days.

if that doesn't come up then its not dirty. A1 : Well just wait till like 10 at night and if you have a chew toys a stray might come and take it. then ask them to join or sumthing like that A2 : What you do is you get the pet's realashionship to 70 or above then you click on speical and click on have stray join family then click yes. A3 : You have to let it come on it's own. It worked for me. A4 : I had a stray wandering around. I cuddled him and everything until he was at 100 with me and an option said "take in stray". There you go! A5 : First go 2 neighbourhood screen.Then either enter a house(not yours) or create a family.Once entered,trap the sim in a wall surrounding him.Fast foward time.If he has a pet it will soon become a stray.Later enter your house.After a few hours(or days) the stray will wonder into your yard and you can adopt it. Note you cant adopt a stray if it has a collar A6 : Ok you buy some chew bones,then you put them outside at the front of your hoise,normal dogs from other families will come and try to chew em up but at 10:00pm (sims time) a stray dog will come. - Answer by:gymsock A7 : All I do is get alot of toys and that attracts the stray to come. to get the stray you got to be very nice to it then you choose the dog and press special and it will say take in stray and there you have it

A2 : Yes. but in the night it will bark in the door. but you have to play with it alot so it may bite you and when it bights you, you will become a werewolve every morning in 6am you will turn into a werewolve. every 8 pm your back to person! if you want to get healed go to the pet trainer! hope I helped. A1 : So you are having problem applying tiles and carpet well I had this problem as weal so I did some experuments and found a sulution all you have to do is have your house you know how you have all four walls with no gaps well you need to you need to have sun shining through the room so take one part or a wall down and apply your carpet tiles wood ect.
