How do you get items that you buy from the pet emporium in to your house?

Press start and go to family inventory and press R or L to switch catagories and select one of your items and place them in your house.
When you are back home , press pause (start) and then click on " family inventory" , then you click on the desired item and are abl to put it in your house ! Hope this was helpfull

On pc you have to go out and buy the clothes at the shops but ps2 you dont have to cos it is already there. all you need 2 do is buy a closet!

On pc rite b4 you make ANY sim you put "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" in the cheat box and then press shift N and you have extra things for any sims ps these r tests they mite really mess up urgame

Is it just standing there or wondering around. If it is just standing there then press start then go to options and then do and make sure every think is marked the second to last one has to be checked or they will just stand there.
You can change to a differnt sim by holding L2 and movind the analog stick.
OK, well you have to hold down the l2 button and use the d-pad to move to the female picture, duh.

I built a house but I can't get ANY flooring to lay down and I don't live on fishbone island. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how do I fix it? I want my house to have flooring!

Answers +No I have not had that problem but I had something similar I couldnt get the wallpaper so I asked a friend and he went over and found out that I wasnt putting it but I was removing it so try laying it down again and if you dont seem to fix it you have been...........GLITCHED.:-o
I had the exact same problem. A way I got around it was first building a path from the front door to the sidewalk and when I went back into the house the flooring worked again.
Ok I had the same problem when I got the game I only rented it but I think it would be better for pc so thats what im doing but yeah anyway the problem. befor you move in your family or something just build your house first(floring, walls, walpaper,ect) just dont put tv chairs youknow stuff like that and it should work.

HEM! I CAN PUT CARPET n flooring on easy and I live on fishbone island , but I couldnt but it on one spot so I look closely and I saaw a whole so I scolded my dog (then belly rubbed it you know) and filled it up and then I could put carpet down

You get more pet points by going to the town squre and go behind where u by a pet and you will see a cash machine press x and it will come up with turn money in to pet points or something 2 do with that or just press left on your controle and at the top of your screen for exsample britany wants 2 be trained plus hundred pet points do it and u will get pet points

I don't believe that it is rubbish because all you have to do is use the cheat to get the pet points and then you go the Town and buy all you can of the Chicken Checkers and go home and sell them. Easy money!!!! Or at least it is money until we all can find the real cheat.

During gameplay (after you've allready ulocked the gnome) type in triangle,circle,x,square,l1,r1 and hey presto, you've done it! hover and click on the gnome and there should be an option saying 'pet points' or something like that! good luck x
You can do this in different ways.first you can sell your pet and get pet points,or go to a pet points machine,in town where you buy and sell pets,behide that building.ok?

Perhaps she was meaning the PC version? On the Sims 2 Pets PS2, you can't have children, only puppies or kittens.

Ok, for one thing I don't think you can have babys on the sims 2 pets on PS2 or PC(I'm not quite sure about PC though.) because you have to take care of your pets. AND on PS2 in the game book it dosen't say a THING about having babies or taking care of them. You don't HAVE to belive me but that is my opinion. I'm pretty sure I'm right.

Sorry but your friend is lieing u cannot have a baby but ur pet can.If u want ur pet to have a baby get a pet house from the Object Calalog then go to pet sullpies and buy the Slum pethouse then if ur pet is happy find a other pet that is the differn gender to have a baby but that pet must be happy to.Note:after ur pet is done mateing the baby will come in a parachute and if ur family is full the baby wont arrive Note:if ur familys not full invite ur speical pet guest and click on ur pet and go to Offspring with..and press the name.
U cant havb 1 on the ps2 version but u can on the pc. U need 2 get the ralationship high enuff between da 2 sims. they hav 2 b in nluv and preferrably moved in 2 gether.

You can't have a baby. I have tried a zillion things. It is so aggarvating! I got the guide, and it says that pets can "lick a toddler" (sounds gross, i know). I don't understand why not.

You cannot have babies which really sux hopefully they'll make another one and include toddlers or somehting.

MY frend Heath has Sims 2 Pets for PC and she haz had a million cazillion babies! She talked 2 me for 2 hours a few dayz ago trying to explain but it didn't work! But 1 of the tips she gave was buy Fitzroy's Rock Pool it's really a hot tub but put both of yur people in it a boy and a girl, click on the hot tub and if it gives u the option select Cuddle and yur woman SHOULD get pregnant in the hot tub if so music will play!
Click on the two person bed and it will say relax , now make a male and a femalerelax and click and if they love each other it will say try for baby, and you click and if music plays your women is pregnant and every day she will get bigger and in three days she will have the baby
You need to get the Sims 2 for the PC. It has much better building options like 2 story houses and also allows you to create toddlers, have babies, etc. Plus, you can build well over 50 houses on the huge neighborhood lots.
If you have pc heres how........make sure that the male and female have a high enough relationship.then get them 2 relax in a double bed,use 1 sim and click on the other and click cuddle more options will pop up click try 4 baby and there you can also do this in a hottub
By the way this is for sims 2 pets for ps2, when you create you sim you choose what aspiration, well if you choose a family aspiration it says one of the biggest things is a cradle. I havent tried it yet but I think it might work.

No, the onli time u c a policeman is when u call one or if someone passes out n u dont revive them! I dont no whether you can be a police man as ur job but if u can you wont actully go to peoples houses n things!!!
If u go to the town square you with a dog that knows the trick guard and tell it to do guard at the town square a policeman will come and tell you not to do that-warning-youwill be charged some pet points for doing so.
The one above is how to GET a policeman to well arrest you.. no you cannot be a policeman you can only be what ever the jobs are in the newspaper...

There is another way you can become a policeman!!! well kind of like one!!! Go to the newspaper and look at the jobs and if there is a job that was to do with scerutity then choose that one and all u have to do is get promotions and once you get enough a police car will come and pick you up for work!!!
Yes u can first get the highest paying job then press start and click on personal info then go over until you see a calendar that say the letters of the days then there will be a highlighted area were you need to gain some skill point to get promoted and on your 6th promotion you are a police officer and your ride to work changes from a green car to police car hoped I helped

Rubbish you can be a police man as a job on the ps2 start out as a crossing guard and get promtons
I was a police man and I was on the hiest grade ther was to be a please man and ther was a robber passing by my house and it came in handy

I find it really easy to look after my dog. I have a cat, but that's in another family. With my two families, i only have me and 1 pet. When i'm playing, I feed my dog/cat and all, but its SOCIAL is always down! How do I keep it up without having to spend ages doing stuff to it that doesn't even put its SOCIAL up? I have the same problem....going to the town square where other dogs are should help otherwise adopt another dog...thats wat worked for me....but the ting is then u have to look after 2 dogs

Just keep on stroking your pet and they will be happy,if you give them a toy and play with them they will have plus sign over their head and they will like you...My pet dog is always happy to see me after i go to work!
To make the social go up, try teaching it some tricks it makes the the sims social go up to green and your pets

You need to buy a wardrobe and then can use that anytime to change to whatever clothes are in there.
Here I have the cheat code 2 unlock all the Sims Clothing but u have 2
unlock the cheat gnome first (the cheat gnomes code is L1,L1, R1, X, X, Up Arrow)
And 2 unlock ALL sims clothing the code is..Square, R2, Down Arrow, Right Arrow, Square

Well on pc you buy wat you dont have and when you want NPC clothes open your cheat box rite boolprop testingcheatsenabled true then go to the make-a-family then rite b4 you make a sim press shift N (warning this is only a test cheat it can really mess up your game)

You can't have a baby in the sims 2 pets. Only your pet can have a baby. To do this you buy a dog house (for either cat or dog) click on your pet, when it says something about making an offspring, you click on that and then the pets will go in the dog house and make a baby. During this a purple curtin should cover the hole in the dog house.
If you have the pc get the male and female in a double bed (make them relax)and then make them cuddle then you can try for baby but the woman is preg only if you hear music (if you have it a lot in a row successfully the more babies she will have at a time

Your sims cant have a baby---but your PETS can! just have a doghouse ready (even for the cats) and most importantly your pets MUST be in a good mood! They cant be fighting, but they can be different breeds and for the dogs, a big dog and a small dog can mate. Just click on wichever dog or cat and say "try for offspring with..." then tell 'em! At first it doesnt look like they're mating, cause they're acually just playing around, kind of like flirting first. The they get into the dog house. Then listen for the music and sit back and watch cause soon after the mating comes the baby--in a hot air balloon. (If this doesnt work out--try again) Oh, and by the way if you DO want your SIMS to have pets AND babies, all you have to do is get sims2Pets for PC, I know you'll get them then, cause I've been playing for years, and I think I've read about every cheat there is for PC and ps2 sims2 (I'm a big fan If you cant already tell!) Theres a cheat for having as many as six babies in one whole day! (sim babies, that is...)All you have to do is the following: 1. make sure your HAPPY sims can at least make-out. 2. find either a hot tub or a two-person sized bed (if you want your sims to have a public woohoo, just make them go to a community lot and have one person try on clothes in one of the little dressing rooms and have their sweetie follow, sneakily). 3. make them both relax. If your really sick-minded, you can have the same sex woohoo, but bear in mind its the opposite sexs that are going to get a baby. 4. click on the one that says "try for baby", or "woohoo" but remember, woohoos may be fun, but you'll have better results with the try for baby. 5. the party music comes on, but wait till the end! you need to listen for the "doo da da doo doo doo" music at the end to know if your sim is pregnant. Follow these instructions and GOOD LUCK!

I found a cheat that fills all motives and it makes your sim happy, which then helps you get promotions at work easily!
Unlock Gnome. Then pause the game and enter UP, CIRCLE, UP, RIGHT, L2.

I think no one has found a fill all motives cheat in the sim 2 pets, BELIEVE ME every single cheat that says fill all motives is fake...REALLY!
The motives 1 is definitely:
x, x, square, triangle, square, down, down, left, right, right
glad 2 b of help

Do you know why my bath tubs stop working? After I use them for a while they won't let me bathe my dog, or even let my sim bathe. I've tried deleting them, but it won't let me. And it doesn't need repairing, because it's not actually broken. So do you know how to fix this?

Sorry I can't help you btu the same thing has jappened to me all I did was moved my sims out and then moved them back in and then all of your stuff will be gone and you make your house again and your tub will work again or just buy a shower and bath your dog at town sguare either way works!

The same thing has happened with my hamster cage on the Wii version. It has a load of flies around it and I cant get my sim to do anything with it...and I can't delete it. But I cant be bothered to move my sims out and have to re-place all their stuff so I can stay there as its only small.

If there is any dog or cat on the sidewalk (if you don't know them), greet them & see down below the social scrolls. If you see a word 'special...', press X on that. If it says 'shoo stray', that means it's a stray. So socialize with it until 100% until it says 'take in stray'. So the stray is now your pet. Yippee! Or you can starve your original pet or keep it in a bad mood for 4 to 5 sim days and your pet will run away. Then go to the phone and there is an option that says 'Report lost pet.'. Choose that and for about 7-8 hours, your ex-pet will be on the sidewalk. If you are already 100% friends with it, go to special and it will say, 'take in stray'. Alas! Your aspiration task is fulfilled as well as your pet is back into your heart! But it's just that you have to make your pet in a good mood...Oh DARN IT!

You need to put trees all around your house, and at night the warewolf will come. if you become really good frends with it then it will bite you and you will turn into a warewolf.....pretty cool aye!

Yes it does work but there are different codes for each console.The one for ps2 is L1 L1 R1 X X UP (on the d pad.(the one with arrows) if you did it right you will find a cheesey ugly blue gnome on your front yard.when you enter other codes they will not work (i think) until yoa go to the gnome and click it or whatever you do and your cheat willl be there

Ok, Heres the deal: I made my sim like a granny and cat was a Tabby or something and I wanted my garden to look pretty so I bought heaps of those gnomes, and put them everywhere in my garden, BUT, I did not read the information about this porduct! and thats when things started getting messy. I came home from the park with my cat and there were gnomes everywhere! I went to go into the front door and it was blocked so I sold them and they were everywhere! (literally) on my counters, in my bathroom on my table and my cat hissed at one and it looked at her evilley! So I deleted all of them but I came home from work then there were 2 there so I deleted them I went to the park the next day came home 2 were there then I realised one of them was hiding
Yes it really does work I kicked it once and later on I went outside my house on the sims 2 pets for playstation 2 and it moved away it went all around my house in a few days just come outside your house each day and kick it then veiw it make sure it's standing or it will not work
The way i've done it is i've done the cheat for the pet points and got loads of them then went into town and bought lots of the scratchpaw manor pet house when i mean lots i fiilled the inventory with them then went home put them all out into the garden then sold the lot you get a 100 sim money each for them so i hope this helps for now untill a real cheat comes along.

The best thing to do is buy loads of the chiken checkers in the pet emporium - upgrade it first - and take them home, place them down somewhere and sell them. you get 750 simoleons.
to upgrade emporium enter the cheat gnome and press right, down, right, up, right, down, right, up. do this once, enter and exit, then do it again and enter. if the chicken checkers aint there, exit and do it again.

Townies are other towns people which you unlock during your game. If you get along with most of your other neighbors.... you may unlock one. Not only that, you must be in a happy mood to unlock more townies.
Townies are people that move into the neighborhood you have created because you have unlocked alot of things if you keep unlocking things and then you go to your neighborhood screen you will notice your neighborhood looks more fuller and alot of the houses will be used up!

Its probably bcuz u enter the codes while ur in the pause menu, i used to do that too and it was annoying and then one day i tried inputing the codes without going to the pause menu and everything worked!!... hope it helped.

IT dosnt just give you pet points. it give similons too. to get the gnome you put L1,L1,R1,x,x,D-pad up. Then for pet points its Triangle circle x square L1,R1. Also for simolons you put Triangle, ^, . But you have to activate the gnome first. then while you get points or simolons, you have to get near the gnome to put it. IT works! and youll be rich!:-P you could also advance for 6 hours by getting near the gnome and putting ^,, then circle. :-)

The best is government. But actually the medical is the second best as long as get all yer skill points and friends required for the top promotion in the the medical field.

You need to have either two cats/dogs or one to breed with a stray... if your going to have 2 dogs/cats they obviosly need to be both male and female... make your person tlk to the cat/dog and ask to try for offspring with (put dog/cats name here) he same thing works when you ask your cat/dog with a stray but you have to have a dog house... and you have to ask your pet to not the stray!!
You need a Female and Male Cat or Female and Male Dog. You will also need a kennal. The pets must like each other, so have them in the same house. When they are old enough click on one of the pets and choose...Try Offspring with.. (or Somthing like that) then click on the other pets name. You shouldn't be near the Kenal at the time and if they succed then you will hear music and a ballon with a kitten or puppy will appear. **If you have too many people in your house it won't work!

You need the same breed of animal and they have to be male and female and you need to buy a pet house in the object catalouge and then press one of the animals then select " Try for offspring".
Can u get more then one puppy/kitten at once like two dogs instead of having 1 puppy having

The Chicken checker is in own square, inthe shopp where you can buy pet beds and food and stuff but you have to "up-grade" the store first. And Chicken checkers is checker against a chicken !:P
The checkers gets you golden eggs and logic, at least in the original sims 2 it did, and it is in the fully upgraded pet emporium.

I havent got a cheat to fulfil the skills, but i do know how to get each one of them up three lvls(temperarily).You need a fish tank first and after a while you can harvest the fish. The fish will then apear in the fridge you pick four fish ingrediants and make a dish. This will temperarily boost your stats.

U get cash by working. Raise the motives by doing what their low motives are like taking a shower. You can just wash your hands over and over until the shower motive is full.
If there is 2 people in ure family just switch to the one that has the highest motives and if only one switch to ure pet
To raise your Sims motives do what it needs most and keep doing it until the motive rises to a color green. To get cash, find a job on the computer or newspaper.
You could do it the hard way, by having the sim eat, shower, sleep, etc. until their motives are full. The easy way is to just enter the max motives cheat during game play: X, X, triangle, square, square, down, down, left, right, right
There are a few ways to raise motives. You can build a separate room outside your house, and in it you can place a refrigerator and a stove, a toilet, shower, something fun such as a small television and a couch or love seat that u can sleep or nap on and make a door and tell your Sim to go into it.
