The Sims 2: Pets
There is I believe, just go through the dog selections until you find it.
It should be on the list of breeds in the beginning if you don't see it then you have to customize a dog to look like it
You can have a staffordshire Terrier, which is a smaller kind of pitbull, but you can't have an American PitBull Terrier, the only thing I can think of is to just get a bigger breed of dog and make it to look like a pit bull. Like start out with a German shepard and take away the extra hair and do differnt coloring and all that good stuff.

Yes you can. you can move that family out and they will be in the real estate. but you would lose all your furniture so take all the furniture and stuff out then you can. after they in real estate you can make a new one

If you mean an entirely new game, with all the houses back to their defaults, then yes. If you take out your memory card (to prevent writing over your old save file) then on the main menu, just select "Start New Game," and you'll have a fresh town. :)

You can go to the phone and call someone, I forgot who the someone is but I have done it before..Well anyway it's someone that has to do with a service, but you keep them happy by fulfilling their needs like playing with them when they're bored, making sure they have a chewing bone or toy, makign sure they have somewhere to sleep, and I would also consider getting another dog so that it has something to interact with..

I don't think there are glitchs you can do in the game purposely, I mean glitches are supposed to be annoying accidents, one you can do if you're lucky though is after washing your pet(using the salon in the town) you get stuck in the salon. -Answer by:gymsock

The Pet Blockade Exterior Gate will only work outside, and can only be placed on fences. The Interor gate only works indoors, on walls. Hence the "exterior" and "interior."

When you buy the aquarium, vegetable hutch, or frood tree of any variety, you need to water it. After a period of time, you will see fruit grown on the tree. For the vegetable hutch and aquarium, just go up to it and press X, and you will have the option to harvest.

My best guess would be to get a dog that's about the size of a wolf, then make it have pointy ears, a bushy tail, light grey fur color, and all that stuff that a wolf has. There is no cheat for a wolf, though.

The Sims themselves cannot have babies. You can only have puppies or kittens via one male and one female adult of the same species (e.g. one adult female dog, one adult male dog). Buy a doghouse for them (available via the Pet Emporium or the Pet Supplies catagory of the Objects Catalog). Press X on either one and choose the "Try for Offspring With..." option, and select the other pet's name. They will go into the doghouse, and shortly thereafter, you will get a hot air balloon delivering a basket containing a puppy or a kitten. If you wait, the puppy or kitten will eventually age up to an adult dog or cat. In order for the offspring to age up, however, you must name it.

I had this same problem myself. The reason this is happening is because your Sim's house is too large. If you decrease the size of the house, you should be able to apply flooring again. :)

My suggestion to you is to do the following: take a photograph of the lot from aerial view (top-down, usually accomplished by pressing O). If your Sim is already living in this house, move their family out. Bulldoze the lot. Move your family back in, and start over again, using the photograph you took.

When playing normally (not in build or buy mode), press R2 to put the walls down. Navigate to build or buy mode, and the walls will remain down. To put them back up again, return to play mode and press R2 again to put the walls back up. All items (windows, doors, furnishings, flooring...) will remain in view, however.

Get it by yourself and it'll trust you more. Sometimes your sim doesn't know how to climb so keep on trying
