Took me awhile to figure it out but go to the second elevator thing (to your right)....press the button
jump onto the side level using your ballons....press the button to stop the electrical current on the other side....jump back down
Click the button again and then real quick click the button to your left
jump on the right elevator thing as it is going up jump to the left elevator before it starts going down and jump to the left side left using your balloons....hopefully thatis understandable...its all about timing!
When the fight starts run around and beat up all the cops and break every thing this will give you health and food when your snack meter is full keep doing head spin (R1 + square) if there is no more food left keep kicking and punching
Hang on to the hooks some are on the left but there is a lot post script(p.s.)this might not help you but listen to the song"strawberry fields forever" it helped me beat the whole game.
Just kill everything down there and try and punch or kick the dangling handles and the kids will fall into the snake pit and die creating a path for u.

Just do the same ting you did originally: kill them all.
Learn what move to use, blue means that style doesnt work, generally the right person per button is: Kids O, Guards O Grown ups Square, this will increase your kill rate and health drop, also kill any inanimate object like benches, they often hold goods
Near the swat van i am having trouble ahead all you have to do is play time after time and you will get it i usaly hit as meny button trying to kill the cops
Wait for all the cops to come out first,than use your special spinning move,if you run low on the power bar,u can alway recharge at the left top hand side tree.But becareful on hitting the tree too many times.A safe will fall down.
When you get to the cars ect there will be a gum ball machine and will have a a yellow health pack in it try this also on other objects eg: benches ect
My husband & I tried for an hour and a half to beat it....he finally got so frustrated when it went into the slow motion screen that he just started "button mashing" he just started hitting the shapes as fast as he could, and he won....I don't know if that will help for anyone else, but somehow it worked for him! Run to the missile launcher and spin at it and it blows up, then turn your attention to the manager( blue suit guy) also helps if you fill your bar up as much as possible. : )
Instead of trying to hug the wall, go left around the front of those benches Joe is going around. For some reason as Brian approaches the door there the "bone" level returns to normal.
Hide and wait for his bladder control to go all the way down in the bone thing in the top left. When it goes all the way down just book it for the doors you dont have to press triangle to open them they automatically open so just run but try to stay in the middle of both sides of the plants so brian doesnt get too close to either of them
Dont fear, Family guy gamer is here! When u first start relieve ur bladder at the farthest tree but make sure the cop dont see you. Then go in the shadow behind the couch to reclaim ur disguise. Then quickly go up a bit then run left past the women and relieve ur bladder. Next instead of going up past joe take a left where that cop was patrolling then go up and left through the doors to freedom! Well, for a dog that is!
You should have the hat from the room before...u can still walk around and no one can tell its you...but anytime u get near a tree or woman the bone in the top left corner will fill up you have to run away from it all u have to do is go the opposite direction of joe an not let him touch you ....if u lose the hat cos u lost bladder control don't worry it will come back soon
I'm not sure if its a glitch on my game, but I'd assume it goes for all games...I was stuck on this level for almost an hour, but I accidently did this and it worked for me..
Stay up against the left side of the room (where you originally entered) you can walk through the wall too, you can walk all the way around the outer edge of the room and not be spotted
Go in the shadows and brian will put on a costume to sneak past Joe.if you go to the bathroom you lose the costume.I know because I beat the game 2 times.
It was luck but when joe did not see me I ran as fast as I could no thing on and when I got close to the door like so close I got past the level and not buttens are needed to open the door!try that.
You have to keep punching him and grabbing the beer as you go, so that your snack meter is full enough to do a head spin. (cicle, square, circle.) until you finally get to where you have to pry his shell open. if you do this sucessfully, then you'll knock him out, and that's it.
Keep your snack level full, then when you get to him make sure you have health. keep punching him so you can get your snack meter even higher, then you ahve to just do the R1 and square head twist like in the first one
Shoot his feet for a while, jumping the rings and doding the lasers. He will get hurt on his foot and grab it. This gives you just enough time to go use the hook to get up to the 2nd gym across the bridge. you have to do this 6 time total. The 2nd time around, you have to jump and swing your way all the way around!
Go to the right side keep fighting n fighting hiting trees for health if needed n u will see a grappling hook do it then it will put u on the roof of the house

You shoot at all the kids throwing rocks at you. If you have low health, shoot the trash cans, there is health there. GO to the kid controlling the chopper and shoot him as well. Then there will be a mini game. After that game, use the grappling hooks to the tree. Jump onto the first house, shoot those three kids, then jump to the next house. Shoot the next group of kids and then jump ontop of the garage
After you finish the Porta Potty part in the Spooner Street Soccer mission as Peter, you will come across an ice cream truck with three kids, three adults, and two cops. If you get killed by the cops during the auto save they will not show up again. You will be stuck and must start over because you have to kill all enemies to proceed.
Yeah, whats with that?! I think you might have to start over (or throw the game out the window...yeah, that would probably be more fun). Does anyone know if there's a way to get around this?
No i have luckly not beacuse i got pass there, but the game makers (2k) have said it is a glitch in the game so yes it will or should happen to anyone who dies there.
If the cops kill you, there is a glitch in the game where they won't come back, but it registers them as on the game. don't get killed by them, or you'll be stuck!
You cant die when auto save is on you cant move to like if you get in shower room 1 first lev as briyen and have auto save on he cant be moved or be seened when its done auto saveing briyen will make a statment AND HAVE A MEMORE CARD OR YOU CANT STOP PLAYING TILL YOU BEAT OR HAVE TO START AND LEV1 if that happens and you had auto save on and die you prob do not go till its done saveing!
Keep shooting his left foot. once u do that, he starts hopping on one foot. that gives u enough time to get to the top of the jungle gym to the left of him (his left not urs). and start shooting at his head at all times. After u defeat him he blows up 2 jungle gyms, do the same thing u did the first time but u have to quickly get on top to the gym on "his right" not urs. then u have to guickly jop across the playground meaning on the next jungle gym, the two monkey bars, and the next jungle gym, and then shoot awayyyy.
You wait until the mayor looks away AND CRAWL behind the cops desk. be sure not to bump into the cop (aka standing up) and then wait till the mayor looks down or to his right to run around the desk. stay as close to the file boxes as you can and crawl until you get to the door
You have to wait until mayor west and the cop are back into there conversation then sneak behind mayor west to the exit but dont forget about the other cops they can still catch you
When you find the first police officer there are crooked benches hide in there and avoid Joe(the one in the wheelchar) then go to bheind the wall of mrs.lockhear.t when joe is no where to be seen run towards the door

In the locker room where u got that hat, that's ur disguise. Go Have a piss in the tree and go to the far left and u will see a couch go inside to reclaim ur disguise then run past mrs lockheart and joe(handicapped guy) to the exit
DID u remember to take the disguise in the locker room? You need that to get past. then once it's gone coz u peed in da trees walk in da shadows to get it back
The way I found that works pretty well is to eliminate the first wave like you said. When the green dudes come out move to the top of the screen where the steps and cribs are. The guys will not come up there.From there use the lock-on function and shoot like there is no tomorrow of if you have the ray gun powered up, use the wave, once the green guys are dead, the rest is easy - its just locking on and shooting.
Power up the gun and use either the purple or green shot, stay away from the farting kids, kill them at a distance. Try to eliminate the kids shooting at you first.
First thing u should do is get rid of those annoying farters but whatever u do stay at a distance, wouldn't want to choke on gas now would we? And to get rid of those kids, u know what needs to be done :). Also... It's a whole lot easier if u got the missle upgrade in the armory.
You have to flatline one of the guys then when death comes out to kill him, you use the mind control on death who you then use to kill all the nurses round peter
First of all you need to go to one of the three mashiens with the lines up and down and strait and tern one of them off , when death coms to kill them you mind control him, if you dont get there in time you have to Tern another one of and ext, now your death yay and you go to the nurses and press triangle to kill the nerses (witnesses) and press it again to another nurse in total there are four the last one it dosnt work until he punches her, then you go and do a sexy dance and you have to go in the gold star. hope this helps! -Answer by:steveboi11
I know it is hard, but I can't tell you the exact coordinates or anything. But I can give you some hints. Depending if you have Stewie's gun upgraded, the third gun thing (when you hold it down for a long time, then it turns green and then you let go, and a small greenish yellowish thing comes out and bombs what is around it) helps. I'm not sure exactly where the thingy is that you have to hit, but if it is close enough then use that third gun thing. or use the blue one. or even the regular one! just keep shooting a lot while moving around and it may help. good luck!

The big blackish looking thing in the middle, you gotta shoot it down thats where all the missles are coming from. thats also one of the "enemies" so once you shoot it down it will let you exit through the door on the right.
If you have a full snack meter go ahead and hold
R1 + Square to perform a head spin and go into a clam battle mode. Quickly tap
Square then Circle when the buttons are displayed on screen to defeat the clam.
If you don't have a snack meter you'll have to fight the clam to collect beer
Shoot white blood cels from a distance so when cross over the acid all you hav 2 do is climb up

GO past the stuff and get to the side and just blast the sells they die fast and go in the door but befor you get in the lake you can get like 3-4 things if you dont see you are bad at the game and on the side that had sells thar things you can jump on to get more thing like 6-7 one to the door and away from the door and if you fell in the stuff the ones close to the door jump [do not fall in the stuff] and you will see a yellow pack if you need it and jump back up the last one you were on and past that sould be like 3-4 on eshe time could be 8 and go to to door and hit the /\ butten to get past that!
U have to do that 1 spin for peter move then quickly tap square then at last you press circle to beat him.=)

When the meter below your health is full then hold R1 and then press square while holding the R1 button then when the screen is orange keep on pressing square as fast as you can then press circle
You open the doors in the first bit and then jump into the bit and if you keep doing that for most the doors youll soon be out

You go to the second room and go to the platform .go right then go to the last door and it will take you higher and 2 doors will open. jump on the other bed.now you will have 2 jump 3 doors farther so press x 3 times and thats how you do it. good luck its a hard level so I hope this helps you written by brianna 9
Once you've gotten to the 2nd part of the morgue, Keep using the shelves 'til you go back to the VERY TOP of the first part. Now look to your right. One will open at the same time you do. Jump into that, then once you're in the second area again, the same thing will happen. When you jump through that, you'll just have to kill some orderlies and go out the door.

As far as you can go on the right kill the kid thats has a remote control the go next to the tree then press circle then fly on to the house then fly on to the griffins house the jump on the garage
Keep hitting him till food comes out if you want heaps of food hit him really fast then while hes down punch him a couple a times then spin him with R+SQUARE
