It is where oliver is sanding but close buy the fake tree in a square box right next to the benches when it is facing the game

It did the same thing for me..i was going NUTS!!! Just keep finding the notes and giving it to the teacher after about 10 times lilly will say go to the library
Well the first page of notes is close 2 the teacher. Then u have 2 go close 2 the door of the lounger. There u will find the rest of the notes. Combine the 2 pages and give them to the teacher. He will say xtra credit 4 both of u.
Make sure you have ALL of the notes. There are some laying on the floor and on the table of the teacher's lounge. When you're done combine the two notes and give it to Mr. Wurtle.
DON'T TALK TO LILLY. I had to restart the game from the beginning. I didn't talk to Lilly and then it worked.

When you first walk into the food court in the mall, the first store is where you'll see her -Answer by:ohbearitskare

No there isnt but the secret to drawing is you have to go really fast
When you draw the shape, you start at the dot and end at the arrow
You dont draw the dot or the arrow just draw the shape
You usually have to do it quick and if you dont keep your styalist on the screen it wont work and it doesnt have to be perfect you start on the cold circle and make the shape and follow through to the arrow and ifit works good job and if it doesnt work try again good luck!
Draw it fast and right
It doesn't mater if you draw it fast or slow you need to draw it right. You start from the dote to the arrow.
Stay inside the box when you draw the shapes, and you do start at the dot and end at the arrow

There is a key and a key chain to Rico's. I believe the key chain is next to where Rico's "hut" is and the key is on the wooden platform thingy next to the basketball court.
On the white table by the blue chair (but you cant find it without the magno glass, it just wont work) the blue chair and the table are at the beach.

Try places like the mall or the stadium they are big and have a lot of rooms to search for dressing room items
Make sure you go back and talk to the girl in the clothes store and the lifeguard they give you 1 each.
Well search everywhere. When I was missing 15 I searched almost everywhere. I found 12. I'm missing 3. Hope this helps.

Its not in the sand its on the white table the table is by the blue chair use your magno glass to find it it wont work if you dont use it!
