If you look around the mall and talk to people you'll probs find them all nor at least some.

The keychain is next to the laptop at the surf shop and the key is on the little platform near the basketball hoop
The cd case is in the mall and in the music room you use the magno-glass or the flashlight

You have to follow the arrow start at the dot then end at the arrow, you just do it like you have been doing it
When they show you the heart find where the circle is on the heart and trace starting there without taking the stick off the screen hope that helps
Somtimes it just doesnt make the heart and see where the line starrts cause that happened to me but i was starting on the wrong side
Draw the center of the heart on the line between the doors, and try to make it similar to the one above. There is no other way, sorry.
See were the dot is, that`s were you start drawing the heart. at first i didn`t get it but look were you have to start drawing it.
The heart has to be drawn according to the diagram. There is a dot where the drawing starts and an arrow that shows direction at the end of the line. Start at the bottom of the heart and draw starting with the left side, finishing on the bottom right.
You have to draw the side at the right first, then continue and make the rest of the heart and end at the left side. If that doesn't work, your game might be damaged.
There's nothing to it, really. When you enter the room, and it says to draw the heart, just draw a regular heart. Start where the dot is, and end where the arrow is. Make sure you draw it on the door! You don't have to do it super slow, or super fast, just practice at it and soon you'll get it!
All you do is start from the dot and make sure that you dont take the pen of the screen till you finish the heart.

Try looking around in the mall corridors and also talk to some of the main people they give you things sometimes.

Just thank everyone who stays in the room after lily says that. They will each give you a gift: a fashion item, a cat, and something else.
Well you can't find them after. I asked Chuck at my party first and he gave me a talking fish thing. I then asked one of the girls (I forgot who) and she gave me a cat then it just came up that I finished the game so I never got the other item. Now I can't get it cos they have gone.
Exactly when lilly tells you that most o them disappear. the game can be veryy unfair
