I dont recommend this, but its for your pets. when you buy the telescope in skill (4th one), put it outside in your yard somewhere (I prefer the backyard). stargaze for about 1 hour between 3-6 after you get the massage that says "we're here you can't see us, but we're here." I always wondered what that meant, but now I know. when you come back, your mood will be a dark orange, but not red totally. you will also have weird pet treats in your inventory. they are supposed to keep your pet's mood up. To become married you have to move in the sim or already have them in your family then when you know them enough you can marry eventually. It will be under special options.

The most effective way is to buy a garden swing and sit on it and call over the person you want to marry (btw the swing costs 700 in seating). fast forward and make sure your right panel is out.
