You can't. you have to find loki's body in suspended animation and trick the destroyer into blasting it. just follow the arrows.

You have to use someone flys to go over the whirlpools on bothe sides and get the beedsthat light up in front of the door

You do need to get the pearls on the other side of the whirlpools and use them to open the door. BUT you do not need someone who flies, at least I didn't. I had Spidey swim across pretty easily. It's possible you need a character with exceptional strength, but you don't need to fly. Not in Normal mode. It Hard mode, could be another story.

It is possible to swim over with any character. You can even swim directly over. It may be a whirl pool but it's not that strong.

If you are talking about what I think you are, try going behind door 3 before you go through door 2. (Door 2 takes you to the boss,Arcade Bot). After going through door 3 and defeating the enemies, break down the wall that says "Dead end". Behind that wall is another passage which leads to the area I think that you are refering to.
