A2: Press start and press new user then pick the team where the player is and become the manager then put that player on the transfer list then with the other manager put in a bid for him as much or little as you want then change user and accept it

A3: Add another manager with a good time ie Chelsea from the options menu and buy your low team players with chelsea for high prices and do same by selecting man u, liverpool, etc to buy the players from you.
