This may take a few tries and can get very fusterated. When you start on the last train car before the bomb you should pick up some gernades, a Tourqbow, and a sniper rifle with some decent ammo. The first thing to do is stay hidden behind the cement block and wait until the Kryll leave Raams body and take a shot with the sniper rifle. If Dom get knockout, don't woory because the Kryll and Raam are more interested in you and won't bother him. When Raam gets the Kryll again, shoot him with the bow to blast away the Kryll. if Raam comes to close, jump ofer the block, and run to the other side and repeat the proccess until he dies. -Answer by:zero56

Go to the evolution lvl, wait until the survivor falls down in the hole with the wretches, then jump down. Run around until you have about 5 or so wretches behind you, then grenade tag one; yes, you will die, but it still counts, reload and redo until you have it.
In the first act in the prison where the locust are cutting through the door, you equip grenades and aim until the arc is pointed at the foot of the door. When the door explodes, throw a grenade and it should take out the 3 locust. Press start and restart from your last check point and repeat 9 times. The kills do still count when you restart, really simple, easier than trying to tag wretches with grenades.

You are talking about the bezerker. All you have to do is hide from it and get its attention. Then stand infront of the door and at the last second jump.do this at every door and then shoot him with the hammer of dawn and a cut scene will start
If you look down at the wooden planks, you will see that they are divivded into squares. Walk slowly across the wooden planks. If you hear a loud creak, immediately retreat onto the wooden plank that you were on before. That wooden plank that just creaked should then fall through leaving an empty space for you to go around.
To walk along the floor, you got to be careful and listen carefully. When you hear wood snapping, the floor your standing on is about to break, so move away from the area you are standing. When you fall down, don't try to fight the wretches. There's a ladder located in the area and you climb it to the point at where you first started. Quickly locate it and climb back up and start over.
If u run around and shoot the hell out of the wretches u should kill a lot of them and in one of the corners there is a door. kick the door open and climb the ladder and ur right back with ur boyfriend dom.

To get acroos the falling floorboards you have to find a metal bar under the floorboards and walk slowly along it. if you fall just get out your lancer and shoot rapidly but watch out becoz they explode when you shoot them or melee them..

You need to get the torque bow and longshot(aka sniper rifle).When you get out there you need to shoot him with the torque boe to scare of his birdies hen shoot him in the head with longshot.To kill him you must shoot him in the head with longshot 6 times.
Ignore the flying things then stay in the light so the kryll wont get you and also you can only kill RAAM when the kryll arent on him I advise use something explosive at the start then when he is getting closer use something rapid like the machine gun
Just keep your head down behind the barrier or the kril will kill u and shoot raam in the head and only the head it takes time and a lot of ammo but it works
You stock up on bow ammo and the machine gun ammo. aim at his head with the bow and keep doing this until you run out of bow ammo. then you just keep firing the machine gun at his head, you might not be able to do it first time but it does work
The best way to defeat RAAM is to get the torque bow and keep your gun. Go to the second block half lit up duck shoot duck shoot like the rest of the game,he should get stuck behind it fire when the bats are away from him shoot. Just toss grenades to clear them out and shoot, when you run out use your bow just lobb arows that will scatter the kryll and just keep on shooting. I used this stratagie to defeat RAAM on hardcore and insane modes, should only take about 2minutes to finishe him off. GOOD LUCK.
Alright I dont want to boast but I beat insane by my self and murdered genereal ram when you first start on the train kill the berserker yadi yahh then there will be poeple with bows take them out fast and take the bows dont use the ammo for it though then when you get to ramm youll also get the sniper now dont suck grab the sniper get as much ammo as you can ittl respawn so dont worry stock up then grab grenades and go out the door. chuck A granade at him and the locust should clear then blast him with the bow then switch to the snipe for good measure or if your good with the bow use it continue pattern and run around when he rushes you but stay in the light go in th dark for 1 sec and your dead so take advantage of you roll abilities to minimize your time in the dark take cover and watch his machine gun it hurts so you have to be fast on the shots and also I got a couple of dead on blind fires it never hurts to try

You can kill raam by getting the touque bow and the sniper. First you shoot him with the touque bow and the kril will leave him and then u shoot him in the head with the sniper and keep doing that. You shouls also stay at the very back of the train like when u come out the door to fight him. If he gets to close to you throw lots of granads at him then run to the other end of the train cart

Every time you see a gears of war symbol it means theres a COG tag nearby
The Gears of War symbols indicate that there is a COG tag in the area. The COG tags are not always directly under the symbol though. The tags should be in the same room as the symbol. I have gotten all 30 and none of them are in areas where your team splits, so don't worry about missing any tags because of which direction you choose. Also, it does not matter what difficulty you are on, the COG tags appear in the same places at all difficulties.
They are placed near the location of a cog tag. They show where a COG Soldier has died before you ever got there. Find these in all of the levels and you can find all of the cog tags.
When you see one of those symbols that means there is a cog tag somewhere in the facinity. Also Cog tags are in every difficulty but suppose you find one in casual, that tag will not be there anymore in any difficulty.

Shoot it in the belly each time it opens it's legs to attack. It will scream and back up. Do this about 4 or 5 times and he will eventually back up onto a platform. Shoot the control on the ground. Then shoot him in the belly a few more times. Eventually he will fall into the lava.
Shoot it in the belly where it shows you when you press Y (Should say soft belly), when the corpser (could be a she) lifts its head and opens its mouth shout at the yellow part of the mouth opening, it will scream and back up 4 to 5 times and then fall off the platform
Shoot above the metal belt then when it opens it's mouth shoot the lower jaw and then it will back up on a clamp and then you shoot the clamp and he/she(the corpser)will fall into the lava.
Shoot the corpser in the bottom part and then in the mouth. Reapeat until dead
30 sec to 1.5 min is all it takes. when his legs open up shoot his "softbelly" then his neck should pop up and shoot him there he sould retreat back. if you repat this method you will drive him to a platform where u can shoot the platforms two suspenders. this should kill him fast and easy. Also if you do this he gets so distracted that he never calls the wrtches.
Shoot it in the belly when hes screamin shoot it in its mouth it will move back then do again until when you press y and it says breakable platform and then shoot the strap or whatever things and it wiill fall in the lava.

What you have to do is from the last chapter in act 4 you take a boomshot and have a torkbow for your 2nd player to then when you get to Raam you throw grenades to start with and then you shoot him with the torkbow when you run out run to the other side of the train and use your boomshot then just shoot him with your lancer. -Answer by:Krazykilla97

U idiot there are no secret achievements
When you first see the berserker it will smash through a door screaming. Right at first it will charge you, dodge this by hitting "A" and diving, be careful not to get downed. Run forward with the beserker to your back and on the right side of the room you will find a door leading to a room with a door directly in front of you. Turn around to make sure the beserker is following you, I recommened using a weapon you dont need such a pistol to save ammo in the shotgun. If you have the hammer you can also shoot it but not to kill it now because it will just get it to reconize you. Once it sees you stand at the front of this door you see and when the beserker charges you jump out of the way at the last second, the beserkers charge will knock down the door. Repeat this although it may take so time to figure out because the rooms get smaller.
Do not play around trying to dodge the 1st berserker! This is a great way to get really pissed at this game (especially Dom, who acts a fool all the time around the Berserker). Each destroyable wall can be blown up with a grenade, so as long as you have a full compliment of grenades, you can destroy each wall and run into the courtyard which is a checkpoint, so you get all the tries you need (probably 1) to burn the Beast with the Hammer of Dawn.

If your fighting the beserker on the the last act you need to lure him out of the building to kill it and heres how. First when you see the beserker make sure that he can't kill Dom during his charge or its game over. The second thing to do is to look for doorways that are open and go to the very end and if there isn't the berserker will make a door. What I did is play every game on the level canals. and follow the people that run to tourqe bow. stand behind them so they cant run backwards once the get it. Might make them mad but u'll probly get 4-5 pickups a game. Thats how I did it.

You will have to go through that building which the leader of your group will open. You will have to destroy many locust. Then continue walking through the building. Then another emergency hole will apear. Throw a grenade or take all of the locust out. You will see a door, leading to the outside. Take it and walk down the stairs and head towards the bodies. THis will be a check point with a little movie to go with it

I'm stuck too. I've seen that if you crouch over the lights at the end of the stack of pipes that will help protect you from the "night bat whatevers". Wait for them to leave RAAM and fire away, just be careful as sometimes they will hit you too. When he gets too close run to the nearest "once wall now platform" and evade him to get to the Jersey barrier and get behind it. Repeat between there and the pipes. (I think.) Either way it's a bitch.
Stick behind well lit cover at first, and when RAAM is right beside you, jump the rock and rush to the turret/Troika on the next car. Remember to stay in the light to avoid kryll.
He is only vulnerable when his kryll sheild are not around him. lure him into the light so the kryll leave and blast him. do this several times and he's dead.
I just kept unloading my assult rifle on him, doing the perfect reload, where you get a bonus with your gun. It took quit a bit but he'll go down. Don't save Dom once he falls, just keep shooting RAAM.
You will need either long range weapons; the long range rifle or tourqe bow, and preferably shotgun but lancer will do it will just take longer.

When the kryll surrounding General RAAM leave to come attack you squeze off a couple of head shots with your long range weapon, this is where all that practice with active reload will come in handy. You may sustain minor damage but not enough to kill you as long as you dont keep your body above barrier for to long. Reavers will come from the backsides of the train but also minimal damage taken. Do this until RAAM is on the opposite side of the barrier you are crouched behind. Note do not leave barrier unless you want to revive DOM and do it quick, I did not need him. Once RAAM is on opposite side of barrier switch to shotgun. Once again when the Kryll leave to come attack you get body shots on RAAM with shotgun using the blind shot option from the crouched position. If RAAM comes around to your side just switch sides with him, repeat if necessary.

I did it in Co-Op. You have to stay in the light to survive, All i did was keep him on me while my friend kept hamming him. i t doesnt look like he's taking damage but he does. Also to increase your chance make sure you take out the flying baddies on the sides of train.
I did it on co-op, just unload on him with the torque bow, the explosion causes the kryll to leave him and become vulnerable, he goes down before he can get to your side on any difficulty.
The first thing I did, was to get cover. I let Dom just do his kamikaze thing, this made RAAM get his attention (for a while). When RAAM had his "kryll shield" on, I threw grenades or used the Torque Bow to make the krylls fly off him, then I just simply blasted him to pieces. (I did this a couple of times)
I just beat Raam after trying for 4 days at about 2 hours per session. Go to www.youtube.com and search for Raam insane etc. This will show you how someone beat him in under 3 minutes. All you do is run and shoot him in the head when the Kryll are off him.
Use the sniper rifle on long distances so you can sight him in better and use the lancer when he is close.

After a few tries I beat RAAM in literally 2 minutes. All I did was run to the machine gun in the back of the train and unloaded on him. It was almost too easy
Me and a buddy were just goofing off one day and we went against this RAAM, it was pretty simple, he had the Lancer (chainsaw gun) and a shotgun, I had a shotgun and the Torque Bow. when the light hit RAAM the Kryll (bats) left and I unloaded 3 arrows into his head. when he got real close my friend went behind him and shot 2 shells. then I went right in front of him and planted 5 shotgun shells in him. pretty simple. cant wait for GOW2
Actually there are several ways of beating the big lug. First of all I'd suggest using DOM as a meat shield b telling him to hold his fire so he'll take cover. Hopefully, RAAM'll be distracted with him, leaving you with the advantage. Another way would be with the Torque Bow and the Longshot. Just stick an arrow onto him so the kryll will scatter, then headshoot him. I've found that grenades are particularly efective since they can penetrate the kryll shield scattering them AND doing massive damage to RAAM. Using the meat shield tactic, I was actually able to stick RAAM with a coupla grenades...this DEVASTATES him, even on Insane mode. But DON'T use the troika since it'll leave you WIDE open to Kryll attacks(no light=no life). Hope this helped!

I needed help with that also, i spent an hour trying that level but couldnt figure it out
To get the monster out side...well you can you have to make him hit the polls like the first one he knocked down keep this going till there all knocked down. Then use the hammer of god will he is in the middle...(NOTE:remember you have to knock down all the polls first.) While he is in the sunlight blast him with the hammer of god!

Its Easy when in last room in the large conservatory make the beserker destroy on of the smash-able pillars. This causes the glass panels on the ceiling to shatter then lure the beserker under the now open roof and fire at her with the Hammer of Dawn.

Let him come out of the door and dodge him. then go through the door and get into the hallway. after half way hell run through the wall on the right so just roadie run past him into the next room. Try to make him crash through the tree and then into the pillars.This should let light come in after he knocks 1 pillar over and u can use the "HAMMER" on his ass.
You need to make him smash through the walls until you get to the room with the pillars.Then you need to make him smash the pillar 3rd to the right and it will fall and start flames.When he knocks it down use the hammer of dawn.You need to point the hammer of dawn at the downed pillar then the berserker and he will die in two shots.
What they mean is, you need to go through the door the berserker comes out of. Beware, as soon as you get near the middle it will bust through the wall to your right. Try to get past it and it will do the same on the other side but like a blind idiot it will run at a pole instead of you so don't worry.That is your first shot at hitting it with the hammer of dawn. Once you finish getting your free lick it will try finding you, try getting passed it without dying and get it to knock atleast one of the conveniently placed poles. Once the Berserker runs into the pole, light will shine on it giving an indication to use the hammer. Obviously use it and your little monster should go down in either the second or third shot. To beat this beast in this act their is a easier way it is you just run all the why to the last building and there will be a Hammer of Dawn there just pick it up and get the best to hit the two post on the right side of the building and hit a cuple of times. Just to note that if you are playing it on Hardcore or Insane it takes three hits to kill all three of the berserkers

You have to run past him. after you get past him farther down the train there is a ramp that goes up to a turret gun. use it to kill him
Throw a grenade at him and his shield of kryll will disperse. Then, you are free to pop him a few times with the longshot or the torque-bow. His kryll will come back eventually and you will be forced to toss another grenade at him. Hit him a few more times and he will start to move towards you. When he gets near you, make a rodie-run to some new cover, but make sure it is in a lighted area or the kryll will swarm you! Repeat as needed.
It DOES hurt him in the long run. Explosives are the quickest way to defeating RAAM. Use the Torque Bow and Bolo Grenades to take him down. I JUST beat him on hardcore difficulty in less than a minute. The key is doing Perfect Active Reloads because of the dark areas on the train car and the Kryll. When they leave RAAM's side you are lunch if you're out of the light
You just have to keep unloading clips into him. try to aim for the head if possible, but dont go anywhere without light or else the kry will eventually killyou. If you shoot him enough he will go down. GEARS RULES!!!!!!!!!!
You have to wait until the kryll stop flying around him and start attacking u. If you're in the light, they wont hurt you, but they'll leave RAAM vulnerable. Just keep shooting him when hes vulnerable. I used a grenade..worked well.
General RAAM is covered by those annoying bat things which doesn't allow him to get hurt by fire. To get those bats to spread away from him throw a gernade or shoot your torque bow. When the explosion goes off they will scatter, but only for a short time. This is where you unload on him with your guns. Keep doin that untill you beat him it takes a little while.
The key is doing Perfect Active Reloads with the Lancer assault rifle and aim for the head and only shot when kryll fly at you and they leve RAAM
EASIEST WAY: Just tell DOM to cease fire. Then when RAAM is closer to you, have Dom attack, to keep RAAM busy. Then run past RAAM, and take the mounted machine gun on the second rail car. He'll be dead in less than 10 seconds. Just keep poppin caps at him.
Dom-distacts RAAM while you shoot his head with the "LANCER" while the kryll are away or get aroud him while DOM still ditracts him and when kryll are gone shoot his back with the turrent. Shooting him in the back dose double damage. This is the 2nd time I write thi. from Tyran
You have to use a grenade and stiick him with it. If u can get close enough, stick it too his body and it should blow him apart. If not, stay in the shadows so he won't see you, and let Dom do all the work. Make sure you have a shot gun and the Hammer of Dawn so you can kill him close-range
Ok here is the thing you need a cross bow full of ammo and when you have all 12 ammo for your bow now switch your chainsaw with the rifle. Get the ammo for it because if you shoot Raam 12 time with the bow and 1 or 2 times with the rifle Raam will be dead instently. don't worry it works becuase I killed Raam about 24 times and it pretty easy by now.
