For the egg, you have to tell cluckles to go to it by clicking him, then the egg.

Go to the pet store and get an acsesere coled buzzlegum keper hat.

Its a goobaa not a goomba + it has to eat a joy sweet to make it really happy then put it in the shearing shed.
The entrance or the exit is probably blocked
Make sure that the side of the shearing shed that is facing towards the garden is the one with the arrow pointing down. thats where the goobas enter.

A wild card pinata is a species of pinata which has a special trait which no other pinata has. They are purely random in the classic game but if you have tip it depends on the skill in the romance mini game. A type of wild card pinata is a pretztail with horns.

It simply means you have attracted it to your garden but there are certain requirements you need for it to actually make it visit. If you want to know what they are go to your encyclopedia and go to that type of pinata and it will tell you what requirements you will need.it also has how to make it a resident and how to romance it.

Your garden has to be worth 100,000 cc
You need to have the Master romancer for each pinata before it will stay. You can also throw in a few extra just to pull him in!
Your garden must be worth 50,000 chocolate coins as well as having fed the roario 2 doenuts and 2 zumbugs.
