Thats easy. There are 2 stages if you follow your enemy in the 1 stage without falling behind or falling off the edge your OK,you get points n stage 1 in stage 2 you lose depending how bad your doing if you lose all your points you lose. OK,Bye,Bye!?!

I'll reconmend the mazda rx-8.wat you will do is put drifting tires on that car,cause who ever you r trying to beat,they will slow down at a turn,and whatever speed you r going you will turn but you won't crash into the wall.i beat KENJI,WOLF,& ANGIE in one day cause of the tires I put on my car.hope thi helps.

This is not for the boss. What I do hug the corners no gas on the corners and then when your finishing the turn... Speed up! It works for me!

HelpfulYou need to race races that you have not completed until you have money to buy anoter car. mercedes benz slr mclaren is an good car to deafeet darius. and sell that subaru. than you can upgrade your mercedes benz slr mclaren
Go over all previous races you have completed with samson or neville as your wingman. you only get about 750 but you build up and buy nissan skyline!
Tune it better and drive better
Buy a corvette or a viper and tune them to acceleration. you can pass him easily with one of those
Buy a lancer evolution.i dont think it can over take him but you will win.i won on my third try. max it out
Practice hard. I think you can beat him in anything except for a tier 1 if you try hard enough. I beat him in Kenjis Rx 7. thats difficult.
Race some races and get a better car. if you hire neville and set samson as your wingman you will get money way faster
I bought the Lamborghini Murcielago and it took me a while because I had to ram him into the walls and make him spin out and I took all the short cuts and I didnt use cheats but it is easier if you have infinite nitrous and infinite speed breaker but in the canyon duel it is just luck! good luck
Have you tried the cheat: 5grand5grand? if you do, you should get 10000 of money. look for some upgrades in "tune"...
Surprisingly I just used a Tier 2 Lotus Elise to beat him.

You can only use Darius's car in Quick Race. It is in the custom cars.
Its a custom so try in quick race and if does not work go to career and redo the race till you get it

To destroy Cross, please do the following: find a Corvette with a cross on the front of the car (make sure car is black), find a orange triangle and then drive into the orange triangle and then it wil say Cross 100,000 Bounty. Good Luck dude.
OK .Use the unlimited nos cheat and speedbreaker cheat and look for a black car with a grey cross and ram him.You should get 100,000 bounty .

I have a couple of theries and I don't think they are all true. but they are pretty good theries

2.complete all the challenge series races with gold medals

The cards are random. I have completed the game about 8 times and card number 2 gives me the most luck. It doesn't always work though.

You need to conquer the whole city AND defeat the final boss. The Audi R8 should be added to the quick race section. Sorry but you can't have it in career mode.
After you beat Darius, you can choose 3 markers... one of them is the pink slip to Darius's Audi R8 choose wisely and if that don't work, it will automatically say that the car is unlocked, hope this helps
You beat darius it is in quick races under custom(it is a audi le mans quattro) same thing thoug.
To quick race, beat Darius, to carrer, beat all the game.
Dude it isnt a audi r8 its the concept version called the le mans quottro becuse the game was released in 2006 and the r8 was released in 2007.
I upgraded the camaro all the way and over took him. I beat him in ten seconds
I upgraded my rx-8 fully.and the only thing that helped me is the drifting tires I put on.hope this helps.
In the first canyon race try to overtake him on the first three turns and it makes an easy win. I did it with a lotus elise 0 upgrades.

If you have an action replay max put the unlock all cars,parts,tracks code and it gives you the le man quattro,pagani zonda f,dupm trucks,fire engines,bmw m3 from most wanted.
I don´t know if I am right, but passing everything, Carrer, Challenge series and unlocking all reward cards. To help doing it, just do a trick I saw on youtube. You need to have 100% of the game passed, then get busted the 3 times, and it will appear a thing saying
"game over", then select the option "Back to main menu" or something like that. you wil have the same cards of your old savegame, the same statistics, all cars unlocked, all parts unlocked too, all passed challenge series of the old savegame, but your old car is not in garage. Good Luck doing that!

Go to menu and go to aftermarket or autoscuplt but if your talking about career don't spend your money on visual spend it on performance ! I did that and I didn't get anywhere and I started from scratch and I buy performance and I am doing really good

U can do the above or download and burn onto a disk called codebreaker put in cb(codebreaker) and find the game,choose the cheat, remove cb , put in nfs carbon or any other game you want and then the cheat will work one cheat : bmw m3 gtr on ps2

I beat darius with my porsche carrera gt suprisenly it took me 15 seconds (i got in front of him) skills. but to answer your question you would two answers upgrade it all the way or get a better car. if you have upgraded all of the way all I have to say to you is get either a lamborgini mercialogo or porsche carrera gt.(:

To get the vw golf you need to start your game as tuner
You can get the Gallardo, Aston Martin DB9, Mustang GT but not the rest.
You cant get vw golf gti ,cobalt SS, or fiat punto. you can also get lamborgini mercialogo and porsche carrera gt.
The golf is a r32, so a better version. Of those cars you´re asking, only the R32, Gallardo, Mustang GT, SLR Mclaren and Aston DB9.

He did a better job of keeping closer to you.
You should pass him on the canyon duel on the first run for 10 seconds so you don't have to do the second run. it may be hard, but retry like 50 times til you get it. and it makes you a better driver.
Because you ran out of points up in the corner it says your point total if you run out of points you lose

Any as long as you are good with that type of car and with a good performance you can beat all 3 bosses in no time
I beat them with a tuner.
A tuner for sure I would suggest the mitsubishi evo thats what I used to beat the game.
Muscle all the way...just stay away from drifting
I beat them with the ford shelbygt500 fully tuned
Exotics they are good all around handling, speed and acceleration.
Exotic I beat wolf with alfa romeo kenji and angine with porche caymen s and darius with lamborgini gallardo
If you upgrade an exotic to its entire full performance you could be able to do it.

That happened to me too. In the first run of the Canyon, get as close as you can and you will have enough points to finish the second run so you win and complete career mode.
In order to beat him the easiest way is to pass him on the first turn and stay in front of him for ten seconds
When you reach the 70% of the first run there is I left bend with barriers on your right where you can fall off people oftern make the mistake of slowing down on that bend, it's a speed bend so accelerate round in a tuned car with max performance added and you should over take him in the out side lane. if you've made it then just hold 1st position for 10 secs and then u've done it.
Tell you the truth, i've also tried against darius. I got all the way to final part of the canyon duel and at the last 5% I also came in second [even at a far distance away] but the nissan skyline gtr [teir3] helped alot.
just tune it with all top performance. tune it right and the top speed should be 232/233 mph
cheats also help in final race.

Lol that's because you got it before. And already being said, restarting carrer with the same alias is a glitch and isn't supposed to be.
When you restart a career you dont get to pick cards from any boss

You do not get the porsche carrera gt after beating darius why would I have it way before I beat darius.
You can get it before darius if you start your carrer with exotics

Yes you can, beat the last checkpoint challenge in the challenge series, beat the gold challenge that its name is (around the world), then you'll unlock the car, you can find it in any car lot and it's the most cheep car in the game, but it's the best that you can take, its value is 20k, but it's the best tier 1 car and it's better than the tier 2 cars too, if you fully upgraded it the handling will be max, and the acceleration well be near to max but the top speed well be at the middle, so when you upgrade the engine raise the horsepower vs torque to max and when upgrading transmission raise the top speed vs acceleration to max to make the car reaches a higher top speed, by using this car you conquer the early 3 territories so easily without changing the car and you can save a lot of money, I conquered fortuna and kempton so easily and I started to conquer henji's territory and having 330k, this car is awesome but you'll have to buy an another car win you try to conquer the last territory cuz they use tier 3 cars and it well not be easy beating them and you must buy an another one before beating darius cuz it'll be impossible beating him with this car, but it won't be hard buying a car cuz you well be having a lot of cash, I finished this game before and I know the best way to finish it again so work with my advice and you'll get rid of a lot of trouble, Good luck! -Answer by:Nelo

Challge Kenji and Quit
You have to have a exotic car then beat all the races in the area you started in and then you have to face off against him.
Look at your world map. His race is just like any other race and it would be at the top left part of downtown.
The main menu when you start your game *u dont have to restart your game* type it in where it says career,my cars, ect. *only on main menu!*
At the resume career menu. Enter it slowly.
Just type them in after you press start thats wat I do
I have noticed the no traffic in races as well... its normal. and for helicopters to come into the persuit, you need to reach heat level 4 at least.

If you have ps2 its like that, no your game is not glitched because those helicopters are police choppers and they don't come out unless your heat is 4,5,6

There is no place as such, u have to enter the cheats for unlimited nitrous, crew charge at the main menu, just make sure u press the keys perfectly and u dont lose time in pressing the keys

Even though I haven't done it, I've heard that you only can use daruis's car in "quick race".

After you finish a race a raceing window will popup and at the the top it will say DEFENCIVE RACE. you beat enough and at the last one needed it will say unlock: cross corvett [if all other cards are filled]

Of the ford and the nissan, the nissan is better, because of handling, and belive me, I tried the ford gt, and it sucks to beat darius.
OK, this is crazy...... I have beat him with a ford gt before and I never have tried to beat him with the skyline......so just know that its possible for the ford to beat the game.....but yeah use the skyline because it will have waaayyyyy better handling.
Well, the Nissan skyline has better handling but the ford gt has better performance. personally, I beat the game 32 times and every time, I either went with the corvette or the viper. your choice.
