A3: You kan get from island 1 to island 2 and for liberty city you must steal a plane climb to max. heigt en fly 2 hours pure north and then after 2 hours you must descend and crash into the ocean then wen you die you res. in vice city and then get a HELI NOT A PLANE and climb to max height and quit the heli wen you dont see land anymore then land into the water swim so far as you kan south AND YOU MUST GET BACK on shore then enter x-x-x-x-o-o-o-o-traingle-traingle-l1-r1-l1-r1(you dont recieve a confirmation) pres start en set player target on a hige scale drugg bisnes and get a plane fly north until you sie land thats agian vice city land get a heli and klimb to max. heigtand quit the heli jump on your drugg bisnes and need to get a car complete a insane jump and fly with a plane to south and there is liberty city :D I now its a very long cheat but you kan do the same fore san andreas but then fly south -Answer by:wout

A1: NO.

A2: If you go to the air port there is a fork in the rode at it go left find gate youcan go through on the right go all the way down iy will spown there

A3: There isnt a cheat for it but you can get the hunter after the last 2 missions in the game! its at the airport in the sort-of pointed corner next to the the diagonal runway!

A4: There isnt a cheat for it but you can get it at escobar international but press up to skip "skywolf".(if you want to ride about the city)

A1: I dont know where you could find one, but I know that they're vans. for example:benson or boxville. You usually would see them drive around viceport, but I guess you could see them anywhere
