You can not go down to the basment I think you have got mixed up in two diffrent games my friend

When you are in the bedroom at the start, go down the stairs and then go straihgt, turn right and go to the door at the far end- left hand side and go through and once inside go to the place with the aroow which you will find in the room whichi takes you to the basement and in the basement you will find a white vault. go near it and in put t his code:

You have to steal it from the soilder

First you go to star fish island an you go to the house nearest the fence and you put in this cheat down left up l1 r1 triangle circle x so when your going full speed and press down the car hops into the air. you go in the yard and you go full speed towards the gate and you press down and it might take a few tries I died 2 times but it works

Q:How do u get umbertos" father to his cafe without being detected by the gang members?
A1:
GO Behind the buildings but do it very softly
A2:
First, when u go to the stadium,pick up father and go to the area behind the buildings (just take a right into the sandy area) go straight ahed and take the left to the cafe (it is not the first left)

Go to the main street along the river and there is a wall by the river just ride the wall but there is one cholos that will spot you just speed up a bit and they wont follow then just turn into the cafe

U go along a road near yr safehouse den keep goin until you get past the junk yard well watch out cause der will be cholos but let the car pass and den go to his cafe!
