and the higher your heat is the more advanced vehicles and tactics the cops will use to try to stop you

GET IN A PURSUIT AND STAY THERE, get a manual transmission(it could say gearbox)in gameplay, options(this is what to go to first) keep it in a certain gear-2,3,4-eventually change it so that you can evade after a while.

HIT ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT STANDS IN YOUR WAY!

Is it normal that when I take on the cops in "Free Driving" and I win a lot of money by wrecking some it doesn't get added to my money after I loose all of them (so the "cooling down" is finished I mean). I'm not talking about the damage I did for the government to pay but the damage to policecars. I seem to recall that in the beginning I got it, but then it stopped. I began from the start again and then it also didn't add anymore...?
