it will open a dialog menu and from there you can edit the influence of each member. don't set at 100 and if you going to use that party member often and do what they like then set it around 70 or 80.
if you don't plan on using them often or doing what they like when you do use them then set for 90.
Downstairs in the manor you're robbing, you'll find a bin with an empty glass vase and you'll also find another bin labelled as a pool of water or something. You have to put the empty vase inside the water bin and then it turns into a vase full of water.
After defeating Black Garius, you’ll be given a short respite. You can use this time to rest and to loot equipment from whichever companions betrayed you and died. This is also a good time to save. When you’re ready to continue, click on the portal.
that should do it, if its glitching on your then try reloading till it works and check for patches.
Press down your right mouse button until window pops up then go to voice commands and then click on follow me command! that should do it
A2:
The answer above will work unless you cheating so you can use 6 or more characters at once.
between 2 and 4 will follow you and the rest will just sit around. If you know there's going to be a fight ahead save and reload so you party will teleport to you leader (your character you made or used.)
Assuming your not playing the expansions, essences are hard to find. They can normally be found at the shops which deal only in magic items or if dropped from the elements the essence type belongs to. It would be easier to look up the item code for the essence you need and use the give item cheat.
1. Right click on your character(select it)
2. In console, enter 'DebugMode 1' (without quotes) and press Enter key
3. then write 'dm_givegold x' (without quotes, where x=the desired money you want!)
Are you missing one of your companions by chance? I don't mean they're just not with you but no longer available to add to your party at all. There's a bug where if you lose one of your companions you can't get past that scene. Hopefully you have a save before you lost them if that's what it is. If that's what happened load a save from before you lost them and go into your companions character sheets and click on behaviors turn off automatically use abilities. It has something to do with traveling and them summoning their familiars. If you have all of your companions available to choose from I can't tell you what is going on.
A2:
You have to be able to have khelgar in your party because he is suppose to come along and be upset about the trial.
In the Docks section of Neverwinter, you will eventually find a wounded wolf in an alley near the weaponsmith. Have Elanee talk to the wolf and that will spawn the Skymirror area on your map.
It depends on the cheat as some you need to select the character or target them if it says target mode on the console to activate the cheat on them.
Btw the experiance cheat if you put a long number in like 99999999 and use it you wont need ot use it again as it carries over to characters who join your party and automatically levels them up to level 20. This does not effect NPCs.
She wont talk to you about the circle till your actually encounter the cirlce and fight them not sure if the influence has anything to do with her telling you about it even though it say influence was unsucessful cause I had my influence pretty high with her and she would not tell me till we met the circle
A2:
After you meet the circle you can talk about it, if you influence is high enough she might stay with you.
she is suppose to leave at this point, I hadnt updated my game till after I beat it so she stayed with me even though almost ever site I saw said she will leave.
Here are the numbers:
Song 1) 4,4,1,2,4,7,5,4
Song 2) 2,3,4,4,5,1,1,2,2
Song 3) 2,3,3,2,2,3,3,1,7,5
Song 4) 3,5,3,4,5,2,7,1,7,2,5
A2:
The sequences here are right, except the last part of the last one.. I failed and didn't want to re-load, so just kept on with it. Luckily I won, so I didn't have to go back and go through it all again. (Note: High skill in Intimidate, Taunt, or Perform, or all three, is a big thing for this. You can make him seem like a loser to the croud if you have high skills and choose the right ones.) The sequence is as follows, in order of the songs he tells you to play.
1: (44124754)
2: (234451122)
3: (2332233175)
4: (25245272723)
You have to leave the caste area and go to the world map and there will be a tunnel entrance marked on your map that will lead you to the inside of the castle
Yes, but it seems like they didnt die if you watch the movie is more like they disappeared and all that was found was a cloak probably leaving room for the next game.
It's the only ending for a good character. If you play an evil one and you change sides in the final battle there's supposed to be a different one, but I haven't tried that yet.
It is for this game. If you get he expansion pack- mask of the betrayer, there is a new second campaign- continuing the first one. In my opinion- the first one is better but I havent finished the second
He can never join your party apart from the start at the harvest fair and the west harbour ruins after that you cant get him
A2:
Sometime during act 3 you are suppose to be able to say something to him that would allow him to join you but I have never tried it and there is a chance it might have been removed from the game.
The secret doors can only be opened when you're wearing the veil of true sight you find in the library. You don't really need to go through them... but you do need the veil to read the four books on pedestals to answer their questions.
You can get her back by opening the console (press ~) and then type exactly without period: DebugMode 1. THen type in rs_gr_dm
Then press DebugMOde 0
Then close cheat console and there should be a red man named the dungeon master.
talk to him and press add companions. Find shandra jerro and talk to him again. press return from whence you came.
there you have it!
A3, yr not clear at all. Can I try this cheat at any time and place of the game?
Plus, you wrote:"press return from whence you came"!
What do you mean by that?
Go to the kitchen and get empty bottle from sink, place in vase of water next to the sink to get a bottle of water. Then when you examine the fireplace you will have an option to put out the fire and grab the fireplace key. You will need to get the collector's key by either using his mistress or plain out kill him. The combo is 513 if you figure it out from the book in the bookcase.
The physical key is found in the 2nd floor fireplace.
To douse the flames:
Go to the first floor Kitchen area (where there are servents)
Loot the empty bottle from the wash tub
Place the empty bottle in the "Vase of water" located in the kitchen area
Loot the "Bottle of Water" from the vase
When clicking on the fireplace with the water bottle in your inventory, a third option will be visible "Douse the Flames" after which you can loot the key for the vault.
2nd Key in fireplace? Go to 1st floor kitchen where servents are. Take empty bottle out of sink. Place empty bottle in vase of water next to sink. Gives you a bottle of water. Douse the fire. :)
Go to the kitchen and get the emptey bottel off the table, click on the water vase next to the table and put the bottel in loot then remove it,
go back to the fireplace and click on it there should be a 3rd opion now.
Downstairs there is a servant room with a desk and a water keg. Loot the desk (empty bottle) and put it in the keg (-->bottle of water). Then go up and do the job...
The fire was the only thing I found:
in the kitchen downstairs where the servants are take empty bottle from washbasin -> put bottle in the water container next to it -> take the full bottle of water _> go upstairs click on fireplace you will have the option to douse
First floor in the servants room...open the basin take empty bottle and place it inside the water urn next to it...bottle gets filled with water and then go to the fireplace and extinguish the fire...
There is i wash room down on the bottom floor where the servents are where u will find an empty bottle then next to that u will find a thing of water ... im sure you can guess the rest
To put out the fire - go downstairs, get the empty bottle in the washbasin and put in the vase of water. This gives you a bottle of water. Use the bottle on the fire.
You have to find the servant's quarters on the firsr level, there will be a wah basin and a empty bottle in there. Take the empty bottle and open the wash basin's inventory window, place the bottle inside the wash basin's inventory, voila, one bottle of water, use that to douse the flames.
If I recall correctly the Lizard in my party took me there. I to said no when he first offered, I looted then spoke to him again and he took me there. Sorry, I'm stuck at the Collecters vault myself. Drone
Right click (hold the button for a second) on the lizardman (not his portrait, but the full lizardman) in your party and then left-click "talk to". He then asks if you are ready to see the chieftan.
Yeah I remember that got stuck there at the same place for a while and in fact started a new character untill I learned to talk to the characters im my party. Talk to the lizard in your party that should do the trick
No but you can convince him not to fight at all. You have to choose options that point out Garius (not sure if that's spelled right) is ordering him around.
A2:
When using that cheat NEVER set it for 100, it will glitch and you'll fail all influence checks. Set it for about 80 (if good and don't use him a lot or plan to use him and don't mine losing some influence with him). You can only convince him to leave the battle.
IF male you point out hes being ordered around and we all know he doesn't like that, or should by this late in the game.
IF female it turns out that he betrayed you because he loved you and you can ask him to leave.
Start again, let tavorik sustain a mortal wound then speak with him he will tell you something very important to finding the shard, then when he is dead go and kill the big boss, if you cant beat him, get all the people in your group using cheats then kill him and go STRAIGHT to the moonstone mask in the mercant quarter. trust me it worked for me.
When you first start the fighting and two guards come up tell them both to stay with tavorick they will kill the mephits upstairs and keep him alive. once downstairs you probably gonna want to take some casters with you that can cast stone skin and some resists or make immune to fire spell and maybe some sheilding spell on tavorick this will keep him alive till you kill all in the room and he will have you and the other soldiers fall back to his family crypt. once in the crypt all the monsters will bottle neck in the door to the crypt and it makes it much easier to take em one by one as they enter the door after you kill all the monters tavorick will tell you he does not have the shard just like when he died but you get a fat exp bonus for keeping the old man alive
Best way to do this is to get a caster who knows wall of flame/blades, and/or black tentacles preferably with a high level holding/slowing spell and whenever the bad guys are getting through doors either into the main hall or the crypt just load up the entrance with the area spells so that they die before they even get near you.
Leave the two soldiers that come upstairs with him and then once you return he will tell you about the crypts. Either run for it or fight and you should be fine, I ran right for the crypts and he survived.
Go to the top right hand part of the place find the blast globes TAKE THE BOX of blast globes, go back to the rockslide and there should be a movie in which you blow the rock slide up, make sure you have all your characters with you (using cheats). it worked for me. just mind the trolls, remember you need fire or acid to kill them otherwise they're unstopable. -Answer by:sexymanfromUK
There is another trail which will lead to a troll lair. Inside the troll lair there is a box with some blast globes in it. Take the entire box with you back to the rock slide. When you get close to the rock slide the game will automatically drop off the box and Qara will fireball it, destroying the rockslide
You need to go around the rockslide, going to the NW part of the map. You'll see some orcs waiting for their buddy. Who's being chased by a big troll. Watch troll kill orcs, then kill troll. Continue along the N part of map and enter troll cave. Kill trolls.
There's a box of firebomb glasses (not the actual name) - grab the whole crate, not just the good ones. Go back to the rockslide. Will result in a cut scene of rockslide going up.
You need to get the blast sphere crates on the left sides of the map, there is a cave there, you will see a couple of trolls on your way, as long as you see trolls, your on the right path. When you find the crate, it will ask you if you want to take it even though the sphere's looks unstable, take it and go back to the rockslide. From there, everything should go well
Bards sing tales of heroes from ages past, but never have the Forgotten
Realms so desperately needed a champion. Years have passed since the war between
Luskan and Neverwinter, almost enough time for the wounds of war to heal. But
the brief peace the Realms have known may be at an end. Tension growing between
the mighty city-states means the Sword Coast again teeters on the edge of open
war. Unnoticed, a greater danger stalks the City of Skilled Hands. Unbeknownst
to the denizens of the North, deep in the Mere of Dead Men, dark forces from
across the Realms have been rallied under the banner of a legendary evil. If
left unchallenged, all of the North is doomed to fall under its power.
Even in this darkest hour, hope remains. A mysterious relic is borne to
Neverwinter in the hands of a lone hero so that its secrets may be unlocked -
secrets that carry the fate of all the North. So begins an epic tale of
shattered alliances, noble acts and dark deeds to be told across the Realms for
generations to come.
