There are no c4 chargers for radar base just colect card from buildings by using map computer and use it to open the door at building no 2

There is only one cheat I know which works fine but you'll get unlimited ammo for all the weapons you are holding "you will fire but when you reload still you have the same number of ammo"
Go to the game lounch icon, righ click and select properties, then add unlimitedammo infront of igi.exe'' press enter and its done.
